I made 2 orders last month and haven't heard anything from this company. Is it possible that we can get our money back. I am so disappointed because I really look forward to getting the shoes. They replied to me from a email that my order had been shipped. I have been tracking the order on a website called 17tracking. I put my tracking number in and it tells me it's in transit.

I read your response to gracing.shop it is poor service and now i came to realize it is a scam after experiencing the same as you. I ordered some shoes quite a few pairs and jackets from March 7th. Itw April 10th now and i only received an email from Amy stating that my order was shipped and i told her that was a lie. I then asked for confirmation of signature upon delivery and asked why my items were being shipped from China she only responded my items were shipped and that i should check with my postal service for delivery. I found that odd because i specifically gave them a US warehouse address and it has not been delivered according to them. SCAM ALL THE WAY! I have have been trying to get my invoices since the back and forth and now they have deleted my account. When i try to log in it states account do nod exist! This is ridiculous and money does not grow on tree. These people should be jailed for fraud, taking people' monies and giving false hope of delivery of items that never arrive.

I ordered 4 pair of shoes, it's been over over a month and I have not received anything as of yet. Shoes were $9 ,not a lot lost, but I was looking forward to receiving my order. Even got a message stating THANKS FOR YOUR ORDER, WE'RE GETTING YOUR ORDER READY TO SHIP, but nothing else since
I wish I had read this before ordering cannot track order. this seems to be a scan Lesson will not be order from them again save your time
