I order back end Dec or first January $76 never received my order or my money back got email from different people even a order number and tracking. This is really sorry company for doing this to people.
I too was spammed. Back in December..the keep emailing me saying they are packing it..how can this be aloud to happen here in America ?? ?
THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY , SEND YOU A PHONY SHIPPING SCHEDULE AND CLAIM YOUR PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED. THEY SUCK!
I would like to know where my order is I order it January 5 and still havent received it yet . If I don’t get my order or my money back I’m going to turn you guys in .
I also ordered on 1/16/22 and not received nothing. Got a confirmation number & no order at my door. Thank God I didn't pay much.but I was really excited what I ordered & so ready to get it waited and nothing. Than I came across that this was a scam. How sad is that? So many people got scammed. I'm so sorry ? this happened to us all. Lesson Learned.
I to fell for this scam site. Ordered December 30 and received confirmation email, tracking number. Kept tracking and then last week it said it was delivered Jan 29. Which is a Sunday. I have been emailing back and forth daily, several times a day and I keep getting the same message that they contacted the courier and they said it was delivered and to ask my neighbors if they got it and check around my house. Thankfully I didn't spend over $25 but still it's irritating and shameful that so many scams out there.
I ordered several things on 12/30/22, received a confirmation and a tracking number. On Monday, 2/6/23 I received a package with the tracking number, but what I received was nothing I ordered. Sent an email, no reply.
I ordered on the 1st January and even had I confirmation email also with tracking number. I have checked on my order a number of times, stating it has gone from one facility to another etc, the latest one said delivered, u have received nothing, how can I get a refund from a company who are obviously scammers?
I know the feeling ! Actually my invoice and tracking number has been deleted from my e mail ..this is not good business
I ordered from these frauds using the name Good comaster. My tracking info said "China"...how surprising!! They claimed to have delivered my order. No...no order has been delivered and never will. If it looks too good to be true...it is!!

Ordered 30th December. Confirmation of order received then tracking number. Tracker has been updated a few times and then finally said delivered. I have not received either ?
Emailed and received a reply with a link to the tracking page. Which was in Chinese.?
Think I can say it's a scam .
There site is a scam I ordered 31 days ago and they say my order has been delivered and signed for which is not true and they will not give me a rfund

I ordered some (7) sweat shirts from goodcomaster close to first of January got e mail saying it had been shipped but i have not got them yet and my receipt in my e mail has disappeared or i can't find it now ..what should i do?
I stupidly took a risk and ordered three items on December 30th2022 I received email confirming order .later received tracking number my parcel arrived in the UK 14th January saying now in transit in the UK no update since 22nd Jan.think my parcel might be brought on the back of a donkey ? .don't order anything.if I do receive order which I very much doubt I will I will update
