We ordered a costume back in October and it never came. I tried over and over to contact them with no response and all my emails were returned to sender. I am now contacting my bank to get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered a mask,before Halloween, they got paid, it's now the middle of Dec.. Still have not recieved any mask,or info about it..Called a number supposedly for them, it's no longer working.. Don't know how to get a hold of them. Guess I got scammed! Like to kick there butts!
I'm beginning to think this company does not exist I ordered my order and paid for it before Halloween still have not got it .says it does not exist if I tract it and there website does not let you send a message says it's not a lible email.
Can anyone guide me? ordered and paid over 3 weeks ago. They are not responding to me and my order number when tracing says it doesnt exist. They are ignoring my emails and not received anything? there website is misleading in terms of delivery.
