I also have not had good luck with this company. Shipping took forever and I went elsewhere to purchase the sink stoppers. I did NOT open the package when it finally arrived and alerted the company that I was going to return to sender unopened due to poor service. They refunded me 15% of the shipping fee and then told me to keep the product and give it to someone else. Their promise was a 100% guarantee. After several emails back and forth, my refund on a $43.25 purchase was $6.48. Totally unacceptable. I did report them to the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT BUY FROM ENYOPO!
