# The trust seal logos such as Norton, McAfee and so on presented on the order (cart/checkout) page are fake. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

# Since it hasn’t provided the required security measures to secure the personal and financial information of the clients and has tried to trick people by showing the fake trust seal logos, so if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information can be stolen.

# You can find a bunch of online stores like it these days providing the fake trust seal logos such as Manybel, DealHaven, VizuArts, BHousehold, Rbprb, Jade-Dance, Xiaomes, Notzt, Toyvoy, GimmeGimmeUs, HoneyCocoon, HighEntity and so on.

# Like lots of scam sites, it is also offering a very low price for the listed products on its website which seems too good to be true. Mostly scam sites offer such a low price for relative products. Its website is also poorly designed which looks similar to lots of scam sites i.e. its website theme is very untidy; it hasn’t secured its website properly; it has copy-pasted lots of details from other scam websites and so on.

# These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent.   1. 8/24/21 Customer support Jeff is tell me what Myra S. said 8/13/21 that I will get a full refund for what has been sitting in customs in Lithuania since 7/14/21. An e-mail sent from Myra S. shows a refund of $29.72. I paid on two Enence invoices $34.97 + $227.85 total $262.82. Why does your service and billing for a month and a half continue telling me my refund has not been processed. The bank has been paid what Enence charged me. Citi Bank after one dispute only tells you to contact the merchant directly as we have no further recourse to assist you.

  2. This Company APPEARS TO BE a COMPLETED SCAM , VERY CORDIAL SUPPORT TEAM responses, BUT NO ACTION TO SHIP OR REFUND.. BEWARE!!!
    I tried to cancel within 5 minutes of ordering was told the couldn’t be cuz they refer orders to shipping immediately to expedite shipping.. B. S.. like I will do, if you ordered ANYTHING, kiss ur money bye-bye

  3. This company is a RIP off. I ordered one translator and somehow was billed for 3. I called the company and recorded the conversation. When I told the lady on the phone about how the purchase switched from 1 item to 3 all she said was that she was sorry. And it was their policy for me to wait 24 hrs to make a complaint. I called this fraud. Then she hung up. Tried to call back but my number was tagged and ignored. My bank did say they'd refund me.

  4. This co pany is fraud. Device doesn't work and they won't return your money. Don't have a US address. They are a scam.

  5. I have fallen for this SCAM and feel stupid for doing so. As soon as I had placed the order I read some negative reviews and sent a message to cancel my order which they ignored and just told me they have arranged for it to be shipped. Because I paid by NATWEST debit card my bank refuse to stop payment and give me a refund and so they are aiding and on the side of the SCAMMER and not their customer of 50 years. I'm told to get any possible refund I will have to show evidence that I have returned the product which means mailing it to Lithuania which will be expensive and no definite refund.
    I feel badly let down and cheated by this translator company and my NATWEST bank.

    SCAM;SCAM;SCAM
    Finally got my money back from my bank but not after trying to from Lithuania.

  7. this translator does not work. period. and the return is some but hole in Lithuania. requires a lot of navigation, and a tracking number on the return. Costs 60$ Canadian

  8. Looks like I've also been had. Although I received an email (with no address to follow through) I haven't received the postal address which I asked for in order to return the useless product I bought from them.
    My biggest surprise was that Microsoft allowed such a company to advertise the product on their website. That makes me disappointed in two companies!!!

  9. Thank you for the information about Muama Enence. I just called their customer service number and pressed option 3 to speak with a representative (or hold on the line). The response came back that I made an invalid entry. The second call, I stayed on the line. I was promptly disconnected. The third call, I pressed option 1 for Sales--- again, invalid entry. My last try was to press option 2, which also responded "Invalid entry". I guess I don't need any more proof than that... I've been had. I will certainly pass this on to others. Thanks again
