If you have not received the product you ordered, it is recommended that you contact your bank or credit card company to request a refund. If you used PayPal to make the purchase, you can open a dispute through your PayPal account and contact their support team to request a refund.
And whenever you find sites selling “Electric Bike” at unrealistic cheap rates, just stay away from those sites.
