Unfortunately this is my 1st order and very unhappy with them. I placed an order weeks ago they billed my card and I have been unable to reach their customer service to find out where my order is.
I purchased an item 4 weeks ago. No confirmation of sale or tracking availability. Highly doubtful I will get my money back.

Be very careful buying from this company, their sizing is completely out! Also check their returns policy carefully! I bought a swimsuit size medium to fit UK 10-12 with a 35.75 to 37.75” bust, I’m 37” and it fitted my body, but squashed my boobs flat or squished them out the front and sides!! They offered me a voucher for £10 to spend on one of their products, but I won’t buy from them again!!

I ordered 2 shirts. Still waiting. The tracking number pulls up nothing and there is absolutely no way yo get ahold of these people. If I had the money I would sue, just on principle.
Purchased multiple pieces from this company. What I received was extremely cheap and unwearable items with third rate terribly printed and cheap fabrics. I contacted them and they only accept returns to China making it impossible cost wise to return! Do not purchase from this scam company. I lost my money.

I ordered 2 dresses for an upcoming wedding. I ordered one size larger then what their sizing chart showed I should order just because it is easier for me to fix if too large then if too small. After order expected delivery was June 26. I received 4 days earlier and was really excited. Tried them on and they are so small in the bust area. One dress I can not zip up past my rib cage. I normally wear a XL which is always roomie on me. I ordered XXL to be on safe side. The material / fabric is not as pictured or described. The pleating on one bodice looks like a beginner seamstress sewed it. I amnot happy and have yet to hear back from eechic.
I had the same sizing problem with a swimsuit I ordered. Fitted my body lovely, but squashed my boobs terribly! Wouldn’t give me a refund, even though I found a returns policy in their FAQ’s that said women’s swimwear was returnable for a refund!!! Total charlatans!!
