So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Much the same as others, a month passed with no delivery.
Tracking number supplied eventually showed arrived in country of destination which stayed that way for weeks without update until it changed to delivered! NOT!
Claimed to possibly left in foyer or mailroom which I don't either.
Offered to resend or refund which I chose refund.
First only 50% was offered which I rejected requesting 100%.
Next was 70, then 80, then 90. All rejected and 100% requested each time.
Eventually stating they would apply for 100% refund but it may take up to 28 days.
The refund was meant to be $38.90usd , the eventual deposit was $7.
More correspondence to yet another person and they state 100% refund has been applied for but may take upto another 28 days. Funny that they can take your money within hours of placing an order but have so much trouble returning it, even claiming my bank account may get frozen!!!
This order was placed at the start of April and it's now mid July so I expect I'll still be fighting in November.
Lesson learnt.
Online purchases should be done via PayPal or similar so that you don't have to deal with scammers.
Don't give up! Get on to them and don't accept anything less than a full refund.
After reading all the comments regarding Dressgear, I feel like an idiot.
I too have been scammed, under the impression that my goods are being resent. Stressfully waiting for a package that's never going to come.
Never again will I order from one of these dodgy websites. Thanks Facebook for letting these guys loose in our news feeds and feeding off honest good hard working people
Do NOT under any circumstances order from this site. They're not only liars they do not refund when your items don't arrive. They say the first email that they don't, then from another email they will say they only give percentages and try this a couple times, after that they don't refund anything and deactivate the site.
It just happened to me said sending a 60% refund where I didn't receive it first time then resent still didn't get then offered the discount bk and sure enough the website is now down
I ordered March 21st had not received anything I spent $56 but I put it on my credit card my credit card will dispute this and go after them never use your debit card online because they can't do nothing about it but they've never sent me anything and they've never responded back I'm pretty pissed off because I ordered my graduation dress on 58 years old went back to college graduated with honors and was going to wear the dress and no sign of anything so do not order from these people...
I placed an order and was given a tracking number to another company that doesn't exist. I never received my order and when i contacted Dressgear, they told me my package was delivered. At first they wanted to send me another order to replace what I didn't receive. After several emails, since there are no phone numbers to call, they offered me a refund but only 80% of my money. Do not purchase from them. Lets try to get them shut down.
I lost 35 dollars waited 32 days.
I ordered on April 3rd after I received email to say order delivered to courtyard I immediately replied back saying I have no courtyard. Have sent numerous emails to a DOLLY Saying I could have a 50% then 70% and final offer was 90% refund I said I have got my bank to open a fraudulent dispute case so we will see how it pans out and see if i get a 90% refund.
I order from this site too!!! It's a scam!!!!! Why does Facebook let these on site any how??¿?? But if you post something on Facebook they have fact checker???? Why aren't d fact checkers saying this is faking???!!!!!!
They don’t really sent the order but they tell you they did and was delivered the order, they even give you a fake tracking number, don’t buy from them this is company is a scam
I purchased roughly 70 Canadian worth(21 items) never received yet says delivered to wrong address....not even the address I gave for shipping. Tried to contact support few times n heard nothing back. I'm so fn mad! SCAM ARTISTS N THEY SHOULD B SHUT DOWN!
This place is a scam !! Do not use them. I'm getting ready to find out what can be done. I lost $100 , I'm angry. We should start a group law suit . FB. should not allow this. I use a similar web site & have never had a problem...God only knows how much money ? they've stolen.

I myself fell into the scam with the cute baseball shirts they had for the very cheap price an spend maybe around 40$ as well an it’s been a good month an I haven’t received anything the tracking number says delivered an I dnt have anything in my mailbox nor was anything dropped off at my house an I work from home so yea I fell for the scam…..
