What is Zoeypick .com?

It is an online shopping store which is selling various products such as Anti-Fungal Peeling Foot Soak, Skin Tag Remover Patch (36pcs), Acne Scar Remover Cream, Genuine Austrian Crystal Round Earrings, The Easy Banana Slicer, Copper Infused Magnetic Foot Support Compression, Cake Decor Piping Tips, Magic Car Scratch Repair Kit, SteelHard Men Strengthening Foot Soak, Double Side Tongue Cleaner Brush (2pc Set), BondBond Universal Super Glue, Wrinkless Facelifting Mask, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this online store before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Zoeypick is categorized as one of the doubtful sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

The company’s address is mentioned on Privacy Policy page as 899 Wang Shang Road Binjiang District Hangzhou 310052 China. Google Maps pinpoints this address in the middle of the road on or around where there is no business with the name Zoeypick that has been mentioned.

There is also another address at Privacy Policy page which is 699 Wang Shang Road Binjiang District Hangzhou 310052 China. Google Maps pinpoints this address on the same location as the first address. This makes very clear that it is trying to hide the information, so we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Both addresses are from China but on its Terms of Service page, it has mentioned its services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of 858 HWY 51 beverly hills California US 90210.

First of all, why any company from China will be governed by the laws of the USA? Secondly, laws will be same for the whole state or country, so its statement of governing the law of particular place is completely wrong. Furthermore, even if we consider this USA address as its company or store address, then also Google Maps pinpoints this address on multiple locations, but there is no business with the name Zoeypick that has been mentioned on or around those locations. Instead, other businesses are mentioned on those locations.

Copied content:

Lots of details provided on its website, including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Refund Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. It has stated that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping costs are non-refundable. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this are also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Considering the aforementioned facts, it can be concluded that Zoeypick is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

Unfortunately I was a victim of this scam. Garbage product from China with no instructions or legit packaging. When I contacted them thru PayPal for a refund, they want you to mail it back to a China address with a tracking number. That cost alone would be more than the refund itself. Please do not purchase anything from ZoeyPick or Trill Media. They are definitely a scam. I made this purchase thru Facebook and contacted them as well to have them removed from their site

I just ordered an item from Zoeypick. Immediately after placing the order, I received an offer for the exact same item for half price and free shipping. I tried to cancel the order immediately but it didn't offer an option. In the process I accidentally ordered a second of the item at the reduced price. I contacted Zoeypick through their suggested contact info di******@********ps.com. I asked to cancel and they never responded to my email until AFTER they claimed the order was prepared. Twenty four hours later I got a note saying they cannot cancel orders and if I return there will be shipping fees paid by me. I have filed a dispute with PayPal. This site is very suspicious and shady. I will bet the item doesn't even arrive.
