If you have recently got this type of notification, then you should know that you are not the only one who gets it but there are lots of people getting this notification. However, from our point of view, it looks suspicious.

At the moment there is no official information about this notification. Since many people are getting this similar type of notification, so it doesn't make any sense. Why Facebook will send such notification even to those who are only using it just as a social network, not to do any business or ads. Those who are using it for free without adding any credit card to run their ads are also getting this notification. If they don't have any payment related things to do within it, then why are they getting such notification. On top of that, when people open this notification, nothing opens up which makes it more suspicious.

So, it looks suspicious and looks like some kind of hacking activity. Maybe some app that you sign in using Facebook has been hacked and you are getting this kind of weird notification or it may be some bug. However, at the moment there is no official information about it. So, we can only guess at the moment. But at least we can say it is very suspicious, so its better you do not open it.
