Swishofficial complaints. Swishofficial fake or real? Swishofficial legit or fraud?

What is SwishOfficial.co.za?

It is an online shopping store that is selling different brands' footwear, Jackets & Jerseys, T-Shirts, Tops, Jeans, Jeggings & Tights, Shorts, Bottoms, accessories, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized SwishOfficial as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

On its FAQ page, it has only mentioned it is based in South Africa but hasn't provided the detailed address of any specific building or location in South Africa. So, we can say it hasn't provided any information about its company's or store's physical location. Thus, we don't recommend such an unprofessional site for any kind of online shopping.

Its email address i.e. sw*************@***il.com is a free email address but not its domain specific one.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is selling various branded shoes as well as other fashion items at unrealistic cheap rates that none of the legit stores can afford to offer even on Black Friday. You should know that legit online stores can offer heavy discounts only on very limited numbers items for Black Friday but not on lots of products like this online store is claiming and that is also not such high discounts.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Refund Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Our Final Verdict:

From all the above presented realities of this online store, we can say that SwishOfficial is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

I want to make an order can I trust you guys

  3. I ordered my sneakers on the 30th of November and instead of delivering my sneakers they come up with excuses everytime I call and I have been requesting my refund but still waiting for it

  4. I ordered a pair of sneakers on the 17th November 2021 as a gift for my boyfriend and as expected these shoes are fake, at the time I felt like it was too good to be true, they claim to be AU authentic which is not even a thing. anyone trying to say this is most definitely selling you a fake pair of sneakers. unfortunately I am now back and forth with trying to get a refund as I received shoes with dirt marks on the side and underneath. as well as obvious glue marks on the front laces, I honestly wouldn't recommend shopping with these people as their attitude stinks once you ask for your money back and instead of paying over 1k for these fake shoes i suggest buying original as these people are taking advantage.
