What is Subzero-Outdoors.com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling clothing and fashion products such as hoodies, shirts, jackets, coats, pants, vests, backpacks, accessories, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized Subzero-Outdoors as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

The company’s address is given at second Privacy Policy page linked at Checkout page as 1855 Saint Francis St, Apt 408, Reston VA 20190, United States. As per Redfin.com, there is a residential apartment (condo). There is no business with the name Subzero-Outdoors that has been mentioned on or around this address on Google Maps as well. The contact phone number of this site is also not provided on the website. This makes very clear that it is trying to hide the information, so we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is selling the products at unrealistic heavy discounted rates which is truly unbelievable to get from any legit site.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this site has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing or other products. Lots of content including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Refunds/Returns Policy which is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

  1. I ordered from subzero outdoors after locating the ranger jacket they had for sale on their website listed cheaper than Serramo. I must admit I was skeptical about whether I’d receive the product given that it seemed too good to be true..

I ordered anyways, after checking around on review websites. I rated 4 stars simply because of the shipping time. They are shipping overseas from China, so granted it takes a while.

I had a self error where I entered the wrong address and I emailed through the “contact us” on the website to which I received a reply from a person named Julie who was very helpful with pointing me in the right direction and responding very timely (within 6-12 hours).

I won’t lie when I say I don’t know if I’d order again from them ONLY because of the shipping time. If it were quicker I’d be a returning shopper.

As far as my experience goes…a little sketchy at first I’ll admit however I received my product and had great customer service via email.
