Stockinx complaints. Stockinx fake or real? Stockinx legit or fraud?

What is Stockinx.com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling products like Wind powered kinetic sculpture & Magical Metal Windmill, etc. Further, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Stockinx is classified as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

Its company’s address is mentioned on Contact Us page as Houston, Texas, USA. But this is an address of whole Houston city but not an address of any specific location or building. So, we can say it hasn't provided any information about its physical location. Its contact phone number is also missing from the website. Hence, we shall not trust this site for any kind of online shopping.

Its email address i.e. su*****@********ec.com is not related to its domain name.

Copied content:

Lots of details provided on its website including the website theme match with multiple scam sites.

Likewise it has mentioned the website names of other websites rather than its own on its Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, etc. pages i.e. Whitedove and Causingjoyous but it has not provided any details about its link with those websites whereas legit companies always mention their connection with other sister websites if they have any.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Refund Policy which is found to be very unrealistic and bogus for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get back a full refund amount from these kinds of sites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

From all the facts mentioned above, it can be concluded that Stockinx is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Product was received (after long shipping delay). However, the product did not match in size to what was shown (roughly 50% size of what was expected). Pictures shown are not what was received. When I asked for a refund, they tried to come back with 10% and not having to return. When that was declined they came back with offering 20% and not having to return. They have yet to answer my question of how to get a full refund (with returning the product), nor do I know if I would actually receive the refund they promised. A legitimate company would not act this way. It is definitely a scam.

  2. Total scam! I ordered holiday garland, wreath, etc. Received status that items shipped. They did NOT! Tracking number isn’t legit. Checked with both FedEX and UPS. Contacted site numerous times via email with no response. Do NOT purchase from this site!

I ordered holiday decorations on 11/9 and my order is still in a “awaiting shipment” status. I’m having the same dismal experience and hoping PayPal will reimburse me as I have not receive any communication or the product ordered.

ordered from this website and never saw any merchandise. was going to use for Christmas gifts. looks like they definitely got away with scamming me.

    1. It’ll be in a crushed package from China with no instruction and the flimsy woods prices will be broken in several places. The sculpture pictured is the size of 24 inches in diameter. They will send a sculpture not assembled about six inches in size. Very disappointed.

  8. The product they advertise is really cool and if it was legit would make a profit legitimately! Too bad, so sad I didn't check it out before I ordered. Won't happen again, or it might. But it sure does sting.

I ordered a grapevine fall wreath with a pan old truck on it. The picture showed that it covered the upper part of a door. I paid $33 + for this door wreath. I got it today and it was a picture of the wreath on a piece of acrylic about the size of an 8x10 picture. I am totally disgusted and I am going to contact my credit card and dispute this charge. What a fraud!
