  1. I ordered thinking it was shein. Traking say order was delivered. I never received anything. It is scam

  2. Snirel store is definitely a scam. Don’t correspond with them or place orders.

  3. I placed order in August and received confirmation and charge to my credit card. Also received tracking #. About 4 weeks later, checked again and tracker showed order delivered. I never received delivery. I requested credit to my credit card but no luck. Facebook should not allow companies like this to operate through Facebook.

  4. I also ordered from this site August 8. I thought it was SHEIN and after checkout my order conformation said Snirel .com. I have never received anything I ordered. After sending emails I get a ring ( an adjustable ring). I track my order and it now says my order has been delivered. More email to them and I get a reply by a different name and the ring was sent as a gift to insure that my order would be going to the correct address. I even paid for shipping insurance. Now they will be at a loss if they refund me at 100% so they are offering me up to 90% so they say. I think I fell into a scam….

I ordered something from this site on August 7. I thought I was ordering from SHEIN as that what the add said but then after my order was placed the confirmation came from snirel.com. I have never received my order and they won’t tell me the courier company name. I have emailed numerous times and they keep asking me if I’d accept 50% and then 70%. I said I want a 100% refund. Why can be done now, who do I report to. DO NOT order from them!

If you want refund, you can contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, then you can open a dispute via your PayPal account to get a refund.
      Good Luck!

I made an order of 28.00. That was over a month ago. Two days ago I checked on the tracking number. It's telling me that I received it on that very day. I still haven't received anything. Please don't order anything. IT IS A SCAM.
