What is ShopSubsidy.com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling various products such as Fall Wreath - Acorn Wreath - Autumn Door Decor, Fall hydrangea wreath - Rustic home decor, Skeleton Halloween Wreath Skeleton Pot Wreath, Skeleton Halloween Wreath For Halloween House Decorations, Fall Mesh Wreath - Grateful Thankful Blessed, Advent Calendar, puzzles, women's bags, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

ShopSubsidy is suspected to be one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

The company’s address and contact phone number of this online store are not given on its website whereas legit companies shall always provide such information on their websites. This makes very clear that it is trying to hide the information, so we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Its email address i.e. am*********@***il.com is a free email address but not its domain specific one.

Security of the website:

It has provided the fake trust seal logos of Norton, McAfee, etc. on its few Product Details and Cart pages. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is selling the products at unrealistic heavy discounted rates which is found to be offered by problematic sites only.

Copied content:

Lots of content including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return Policy which is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

  1. Still waiting on my order. Don’t thing I’ll ever get. Website is down now.

  2. I received the same scam involving a table tree and a train. I received a dollar tree instead of my train. What a scam!

Exact same here. I ordered the Thomas Kinkade Tree topper with moving train. Got a 10inch fake tree on a cork as well. Contacted my CC as soon as it happened. Couldn't go to the BBB because no address for a real business (I am going to check for that first going forward, along with a real email not dxdxdxblahblah@gmail.)

  4. I ordered two Kindade-Wonderland center pieces for my grandsons. 30 days later I received
two 12 inch pine trees. Have phoned several times but only busy signal. Have E-mailed them but
no response. This is not a company I will be dealing with again. Feel I have been scammed out of
    $70.

Scammed by this seller with the table tree with a train for 34.95 plus shipping for a total of 39.96, a total fraud.

  6. I ordered a 13ft. inflatable Santa for the front yard. Price $29.98. What I received was a 6" stuffed Santa. They wanted to give me a credit of $6.00 for my trouble. I kept writing back demanding a full refund. So far they have offered a 25%, then a 56% and now a 65% refund. I keep demanding a full refund. I will keep posting what the final outcome is.

  7. We also were scammed by this seller, and received a dollar store Christmas tree. This seller has been flagged by PayPal, and they issued a refund.

I got scammed. I ordered a table tree w/ a train going around it. I got a 10 inch fake tree plain w/a cork bottom. Set to me buy Shopsubsidy for 34.95+ shipping total 39.96.

    1. We had an identical experience and received the same dollar store Christmas tree. We were fortunate that we were able to get PayPal to refund our money (after Google had disabled their email address). Lesson learned.
