Prettymamo complaints. Prettymamo fake or real? Prettymamo legit or fraud?

What is PrettyMamo .com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling clothing and fashion products such as daily dresses, tops, gowns, pants, sets, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized PrettyMamo as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

The company’s address and contact phone number of this online store are not given on its website whereas legit companies shall always provide such information on their websites. This makes very clear that it is trying to hide the information, so we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is claiming to sell lots of products at heavy discount rates. You should know that these days mostly scam sites are offering such huge discounts to attract people into their scam.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this site has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing or other products. Lots of details provided on its website including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

All the above stated facts are enough to conclude that PrettyMamo is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

  1. Thanks for this update was actually planning of ordering from them

  2. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, DEFINITELY a SCAM!! I wish I found this page before ordering. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Same situation as the others. Ordered $70 worth of dresses and did not recieve what I ordered. The dresses I received were ugly, the wrong sizes, and they smelled gross. I reached out to them right away with pictures and they offered me $10. I said I wanted my full refund and they wouldn't give me the address to send back the dresses. I have been going back and forth with them every day (they only respond once a day) for 3 weeks.

  3. SCAMMMERS!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They will send you random items and offer you $8 refund. Such a joke!!! KARMA will come back eventually to your scamming jole of a company.

  4. It is completely a scam!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I was dumb enough to order maternity clothes from here and didn't even think about checking the source first like I always do. I received items that were NOTHING like the ones I ordered. Everything was super cheap looking the colors were wrong, the styles were different. When I reached out through the email contact, which is the only form of contact listed, the person kept suggesting I keep the items because the shipping cost to return would be too expensive for me. We exchanged at least 5 emails back and forth and the person kept try to bargain with me to keep the items and they'd return 23%. I kept saying no and they stopped replying. So to avoid this problem, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

  5. DO NOT order from here!! I ordered 2 dresses for my maternity shoot and I did NOT receive what I ordered. Far from it. I received 2 dresses of completely different colors (ordered 2 of the same dress in different sizes hoping to return the one that didn’t fit), materials, quality etc. Trying to contact customer service is a joke. For one, it’s a gmail email address, two, after days I finally got a response offering me an $8 refund. $8?!?! These were $43 a piece and I didn’t even receive the proper items! Such a joke and a SCAM!

  6. Has to be fake. I can send you the outrageous outfits they sent me instead of what was pictured.
