What is Otto-Mania.com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling various products such as TheMono Multifunctional Learning Stool, 9-Bot Mania Offroad GoKart, Strongwell Nordic Metal Candlestick Abstract Character Sculpture Candle Holder Decor Handmade Figurines Home Decoration Art Gift, Cute Portable Power Bank Mini Small 800mAh with LED Light Birthday Gift for Girl External Battery Power Banks For iPhone 12Pro, JOYBOS 24L Storage Box Fabric Finishing Box Household Foldable Clothes Quilt Quilt Wardrobe Storage Artifact Retro Style JX53, Outdoor Portable Camping Chair Oxford Cloth Folding Lengthen Camping Seat for Fishing BBQ Festival Picnic Beach Ultralight Chair, Stainless Steel Towel Storage Holder Punch Free Black Towel Rack Towel Hanger Bathroom Paper Holder WB8711, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have classified Otto-Mania as one of the not recommended sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

This online store has provided its company’s name address on About Us page as Guanze (Shanghai) Furniture Co., Ltd.: Room 2004, 1st Floor, Building 5, No.556 Liuyuan Road, Putuo District, Shanghai. There is no business with the name Otto-Mania or Guanze (Shanghai) Furniture Co., Ltd. that has been mentioned on or around this address on Google Maps. Its contact phone number is also missing from the website. This makes very clear that it is trying to hide the information, so we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Its address is from China but on its Terms of Service page, it has mentioned its services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of US. How can a company from China be governed by the laws of US?

Discount and Sales offers:

It is selling the products at unrealistic heavy discounted rates that none of the legit sites can afford to offer.

Copied content:

Lots of details provided on its website including its website theme match with multiple scam sites like Enricopro, Lecalandres, Papillonreal, BlackSmithPro, Gregfosters, Alainusa, C-Allucy, Fitz-Roys, Noragrays, Fitzros, NewMarketUs, K-Ikostar, Endorffeins, Ednapro, LouisVilleNew, Ettalife, Elemenfav, Yinchuji, Chicagonyc, Floridasco, Maenams, Omahahub, etc.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Refund Policy which says that the customer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item and shipping costs are non-refundable. It is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Due to the aforementioned facts, it can be concluded that Otto-Mania is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

  1. Thank you for this info. I'm glad I checked it out first before making a purchase. I really appreciate this.

  2. It’s a scam. I ordered 2 learning stools on Nov 11 and today I received a crappy bracelet. I contacted the company twice and they never respond. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card.
