Onbela Review - Genuine? Onbela Scam or Legit?

If you are searching for the Onbela review to find out its reality, then you are just in the right place. Here, you can find the detailed information about this site, whether a Onbela.com scam or trustworthy company.

What is Onbela.com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling Christmas related products as well as toy and games, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Onbela complaints. Onbela fake or real? Onbela legit or fraud?

We have listed Onbela as one of the suspicious online stores because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

The company’s address and contact phone number of this online store are not given on its website whereas legit companies shall always provide such information on their websites. This makes very clear that it is trying to hide the information, so we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

However, previously, it had provided its company address on Customer Satisefactor page as 201, 2nd floor, building C (Shilin building), Taiwan Indsustrial Zone, 2132 Songbai Road, Shiyan street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province. But, now it has deleted the "Customer Satisefactor" page. So, it may again provide another address. First of all, the spelling of "satisfaction" on the heading of the page was not correct. Secondly, Google Maps was unable to find the exact match of this address and there was no business with the name Onbela that has been mentioned on or around the partial matches of this address as well. Moreover, lots of scam sites was found to be using this address such as ToysOutletOnline, ViewmanTop, Jusiyys, WeiacTop, TaylorMadeSalesTop, Becascc, TaylorMadeOnls, Kbonmall, GrateFulds, UsYetiCooler, UsYetiSaleSite, CloustOnanOutlet, Cricut-Official, etc.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is claiming to sell lots of items at heavy discount rates which is a strategy followed by lots of scam sites these days to lure people into their scam.

Copied content:

Lots of details provided on its website including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Refund and Return Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Summing up all the above stated reasons, we can say that Onbela is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

  1. I will be the first to say, I ordered a Christmas present for my father in law and what I ordered wasn't what I received, so according to their return policy I had 15 days after receiving to return. I emailed the customer service and I received a reply from Lucy stating it would be too long and too expensive to return, I should keep. So DO NOT order anything from them.

How do I return my order? This is not how the picture portrayed what I was buying.

    Thanks…Molly

  3. I just ordered from here. I second guessed myself afterwards. I emailed the company and asked to cancel my order. They did reply but stated no orders matched my email address and to provide them with the correct email and order number. It was the correct email address. I emailed them back with the order # so we will see what happens.
