What is Oluolin.com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling clothing and fashion products such as tops, blazers, bottoms, accessories, sweaters, vests, cardigans, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Oluolin is categorized as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

The company’s address of this online store is given on its Contact Us page as Room 517, No. 5, Fanghu West 2nd Road, Huli District Amoy, Fujian, China. Google Maps can't find the exact match of this address and pinpoints the partial match of this address in the middle of the road around vacant land. So, we can't verify its physical location which makes it a doubtful online store. On top of that, this address is from China but on its Terms page it has mentioned its services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK. So, it is clear that this site is trying to hide the information, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Copied content:

Lots of details provided on its website including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Refund Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. It has mentioned that the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

I ordered two sweaters ( but one get one free). Reviews were good for their product, so I went for it. Received my sweaters quickly. I had ordered both size medium because I figured that sizing would be the same for both. One fit perfectly, the other was two sizes too small. I want the sweater, but just need a larger size. I have tried three times now to contact them, with no response. Guess I will just try to sell the one that doesn’t fit on e bay. I won’t buy from them again, even though I really like their product.
