What is NeonRelax.com?

It is an online shopping store which is selling multiple products like Magic Multifunctional Rotate Vegetable Cutter With Drain Basket, All-purpose Bubble Cleaner, Bath Sponge Shower Brush Body Dead Skin Remover, Bathroom Storage Shelf, Brush with 3 Replaceable Sponge Pad Washing Wireless Automatic Sensor Car Phone Holder and Charger New Smart Led Curtain String Lights (F003), 100 LED Solar Powered String Fairy Lights -2PKS, New Smart Led Curtain String Lights, Wireless Automatic Sensor Car Phone Holder and Charger, Waterproof 40X60 High Definition Monocular Telescope, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this online store before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized NeonRelax as one of the doubtful sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

It has provided its parent company's names and address as: Ansky Company Limited: Vintage House, 36 - 37 Albert Embankment, London, Greater London, England, SE1 7TL. However this company's name has been used by several other sites by several other sites like Aroupse, NylocalSale, Concealeditem, GarmentBlouse, FlooseStore, Vlaggo, StunningDaily, Tygbox, Neurohik, Bladesun, Aomook, Preferredcat, Fishsugar, LoveFashionTop, Wadool, Coatwelled, Zonerates, Hemlockrive, WigWigg, Luitter, TodayWillow, BestShirtwd, and so on. So, we cannot trust such a company which is using the address that multiple problematic site are using.

Security of the website:

It has provided fake trust seal logos of McAfee, Norton, VeriSign, etc. on its Product Details page. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is selling the products on unreasonable discounted rates that is too good to be true.

Copied content:

Lots of content including its website theme page match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return Policy which says that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. It is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. Thus, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Considering all the above facts, it is concluded that NeonRelax is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

  2. It's a Chinese scam! they made the ad look and sound like it was a USA company even offering 3-7 day delivery (I got that and paid extra to get scammed!). I ordered their Christmas tree on 12/1/2021 with the 3-7 day delivery, 14 days later they still had not shipped! and supposedly it takes 20 days to get to the USA from china! which means I'll get my tree after Christmas! I got suckered!!
