What is Lumineriess .com?

It is an online shopping store which is claiming to sell various products as listed above. However, there are so many things you must know about this online store before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Lumineriess is listed as one of the doubtful sites because of the following reasons:

Contact Information:

It has provided its address as "2054 School Street, Washington DC, US" on its ABOUT US page, which is pinpointed in the middle of the road on Google Maps, on or around where there is not any business with the name Lumineriess that has been mentioned. Instead, other businesses are mentioned around there. Hence, we shall not trust such a company for our online shopping.

Mismatch Information:

It has mentioned its "Terms Of Use", "Terms Of Purchase" and "Privacy Notice" pages were updated in July 2018, but as per WHOIS details, its domain was registered in 2022-07-17. So, how can it update something on its website even before creating it? Mostly, we can find such mismatch information when websites copy-paste their content blindly from another website.

Copied content:

The website theme and lots of other details provided on its website match with multiple problematic sites.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

NOTE: These kinds of sites are found to be changing their website name as well as whole content of their website from time to time. So, the following review is based on the details provided on its website on aforementioned date. If you find any other details than what we have provided on this review later, then that means this online store has changed its details. However, that still makes it a suspicious site.

Good Luck !

Same unfortunately as these other honest women .. no product , no communication , no refund . Disgraceful behaviour . All email conversations bounced. Dreadful experience

  2. Yup, this is a total scam as others say. I paid via Paypal, there is no purchase confirmation received. Their email (su*****@********es.com ) bounced back and there is no way you can get your ordered items or contact them. I will try contacting Paypal to cancel my payment but not sure if that works as I've never done it before.

These are scammers! They took my money a month ago but no goods arrived. No way to contact them as far as I can see.

Same thing as other customers, tracking does not work and email refused. It might be worth noting that they list themselves variously as lumineries and lumineriess. I shall reclaim through Paypal and will also write adverse comments every time I see their ads ....but one has to wonder why Facebook accepts ads from so many dishonest people!!! Disheartened, furious ....and, since my lumineries shapers failed to appear,, still fat!!!!

I never received my bunion patch and has emailed several time with no answer

  8. I became suspicious as how to TRACK your product for delivery. You have to click a link and upload app, that is another shopping site. There is NO WAY to track your delivery item and status.
Visited the website and it was another link to another delivery tracking, and same thing. It does not recognize my email order number either. I had emailed several times, from purchase email confirmation, and that did not go through to this websites email. I tried contact directly from the links for email and more than likely will get an email back alike this:

Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

    support@lumineries .com (su*****@********es.com)
Your message wasn't delivered. Despite repeated attempts to deliver your message, the recipient's email system refused to accept a connection from your email system.

Ive even said in the email, Im beginning to think this is a scam.

Nothing but trouble ,trouble, trouble. They won’t answer emails at all. Sooooo disappointed. I am going to report this site to PayPal and hopefully they will be able to get my money back for me. Please don’t buy anything from this seller.
