Lattelierstore complaints. Lattelierstore fake or real? Lattelierstore legit or fraud?

What is LattelierStore.com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling kids', women's and men's clothing and fashion products such as puffer jackets, coats, shoes, Sweaters & Cardigans, Dresses, Tops, Pants, Crewnecks, Shirts, Dresses & Jumpsuits, Occasion Wear, Activewear, Pajamas & Intimates, Beachwear, T-Shirts & Tops, Accessories, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have listed LattelierStore as one of the doubtful sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

The parent company name and address is given on Contact Us page as Company Name: APONIC INC: 228 PARK AVE S 79525, NEW YORK, NY 10003. There is no business with the name LattelierStore or APONIC INC that has been mentioned on or around this address on Google Maps. Instead, other businesses are mentioned over there. This makes very clear that it is trying to hide the information, so we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Copied content:

Few details provided on its website match with multiple problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return and Exchange Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

Good luck for the refund from this scam company!
I purchased a pair of boots for $99 but they were too big so I returned them and requested a smaller size. They sent again the same size. Then they sent another pair, again the same size! I returned both pairs but Lattelier would not pay for shipping back the shoes that they sent by mistake. They might return the value of the boots, but it looks like after all the deductions, it will be no more that $10. Stay away from Aponic and Lattelier. They make money on first-time customers. Because I am sure nobody will order from them a second time.

Through Slowline Bag's Instagram postings, I came across a great pair of boots. After ordering them online, the confirmation had a different item I had not purchased, yet my account had already been charged. Alarmed, I immediately contacted their customer service and was unable to connect, left a message and also tried their chat; however, they were off line. I emailed them taking a screenshot of what I had ordered and what they confirmed, I had everything for them to make the change prior to processing my order and shipping it. I received a response stating that they had updated my order and assured me the order would be shipped with the item I had originally chosen.
The date of purchase was January 5, 2022 and on the 21st, I received a confirmation email stating that the order had shipped, still reflecting the wrong item, so I emailed them again. In trying to track the item through their tracking information, it redirected me to download some website through Google Chrome; therefore, I chose not to download anything and fear this is a scam. Upon reading your comment above, I fear we are victims of another fraud going around and yes, I will also report/file a complaint with the NY Secretary of State and Consumer Affairs.

This company is a total scam as they are a Chinese entity preying on trustful consumers. Their fictional customer service group is nonresponsive. They haven't delivered my order of after eight weeks of constant enquiries and will not refund my money. Buyer beware!

  4. Awful ! It took a month to receive a "down" coat...of very poor quality. Nothing more than Aliexpress quality for way too much$. Total rip off.

this page is a scam. I've been waiting for my order for well over two months and they have a fake tracking site. customer service is a mockery and they tell you they won't refund your money. please do not buy from this store.

I purchased a handbag (requested by a family member) on Dec. 20, 2021, then read the reviews and immediately canceled the order, requested a refund and canceled my debit card on the same day. My account had already been debited. The service email address is useless as no one ever responds and I have had numerous "chats" about the status of my refund through the webpage, all to no avail. I plan to file a complaint with the NY Secretary of State's office against Lattelier Store, Aponic Inc. and Liang Zhou.

Recently, I did a Google search for “women trench coats;” I was directed to Lattelier! The inventory was amazing. I placed 3 coats in my shopping cart.
When I reached the checkout page, I realized I did not have my purse nearby. I am disabled, and I decided I would complete my purchase later…once
I had secured my purse. Minutes later I had five emails from Lattelier: Two welcome emails and several discount emails. One email from Donna, gave me pause. The email said, “…you forgot something” (I see you were trying to make a purchase; it was a total of $400+) here is a 30%
discount to help you out with your purchase (paraphrasing). I was taken-back! The idea that
Lattelier assumed I could not afford the purchased.
I immediately unsubscribe from the website. I later received an email stating my offer had expired.
That’s when the flags started flying. I did a quick check on Rip-off.com..nothing. Then, I came across this review!!! I can confirm everything you stated as being what I found. I join you in your assessment: A new online company (2019), and you want your potential customers to invest and entrust their credit information to a no name company that is unwilling to share identifiably
information is reckless. Consider being more transparent!

    2. Hi Allision,

Were you able to make progress on this complaint? I currently am in a situation of my orders never arriving and the company refusing to issue a refund.
