Lampswell complaints. Lampswell fake or real? Lampswell legit or fraud?

So let’s start with the LampsWell review:

It is an online shopping store that is selling different products like pendant lamps, lamps and bulbs, ceiling lamps and so on. However, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized LampsWell as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

The company’s address and contact phone number are missing on its “Contact Us” or “About Us” details or anywhere else on its website whereas legit companies always provide such information on their websites. So it is clear that the company is trying to hide the information, hence we shall not trust such a company for our online shopping.

Copied Images/Content:

Lots of content as well as website theme match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is providing unreasonable discount and sales offers on its lots of products which seems unrealistic and too good to be true. Hence most of the scam sites adopt this kind of strategy to attract people in their website.

Returns and Exchange:

It as a Return/Refund Policy which is found to be very unrealistic and useless to be eligible for the return and exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from them.

Customer Support and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

I think Mint Bliss Decor is a scam. I asked questions about lighting and they will not respond. Beware if you buy from them, taking higher than average ristk.

Their customer service is non-existent. Tried to cancel an order less than 24 hours after placing it and was told it was "too late" even though the lamp didn't get to the shopper for 6 days. When the light was defective they said, sorry but it was inspected before it shopped. When I requested return information and a refund they stopped responding. Don't waste your money.

Ordered from Lampswell and immediately noticed it was the wrong model, tried to cancel the order as well as ordered the correct one, but there was no way to do so. If you order you are stuck with the product. The 40 day return period is bogus, because it takes way longer than the 40 days to receive the order. They have now posted that the return is the buyers responsibility, when I ordered it was not there, so you have 7 days to send it back to china and then, wait for the refund....Good luck.
By the way the products are nothing like what they advertise, cheaply made...nothing like it.
Remember you get what you pay for, never more true.
