It is a scam the wigs are fully synthetic no lace no human hair. They say they only offer 14 day refund and you have to pay for return shipping with proof, even though the shippers address is a US address they make you ship the product back to china

Chemical warfare!!! This is a dangerous scam, the wigs are not human hair as the site claims. There’s also toxic chemicals that hurt my chest, lungs, and causes body aches, confusion and sickness. This is chemical warfare. There goal is for you to simply open the package. It’s so bad I had to move! Nothing I done removed the deadly toxins. There shipping death.

They just duped me???. I wish I would have found this site before theirs because they are offering to send partial refund.

  4. Trust the reviews here! I placed an order early December & didn't receive it Jan 11 2023 (a month later). Also, my entire order was WRONG. I emailed as advised the policy & someone named Winnie emailed back saying it's cheaper to keep the order & I could get 15% as a return (return policy states FULL refund for their error). The wigs did not fit, weren't human hair or fashionable! Also, "Winnie" claims they are overseas, but the return address on the front of the package says Jamaica NY. I've been emailing everyday with no response. No social media, phone number & don't uphold policy in place. .AVOID THIS FAKE COMPANY & DON'T BUY. That's why they still have the same sale going on that was " a limited time". If there is another way to report please let all know!

  6. Kaylea hair company claims that you will receive human hair with elastic band but what they sent is far from that… the wigs are not human hair and when you try to email them so you can return the hair to get a refund no one will respond. Fraud
