Hotopse complaints. Hotopse fake or real? Hotopse legit or fraud?

What is Hotopse .com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling products like Solar Waterfall Lights, Keeper of the Bees Metal Art, Duck Family Rusty Metal Garden Art Hand cut, Chicken Stakes, Adorable Duck Garden Art, Metal Painted Peacocks Windmill Lights, Large Metal Wind Spinner with Three Spinning Flowers and Butterflies, Magic And Unique Metal Kinetic Windmill, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have listed Hotopse as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

The company’s address and contact phone number of this online store are not given on its website whereas legit companies shall always provide such information on their websites. So, it is clear that this site is trying to hide the information, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is claiming to sell some products at heavy discount rates. You should know that these days mostly scam sites are offering such huge discounts to attract people into their scam.

Copied content:

Lots of details provided on its website, including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. It has stated that the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees and any customs fees or duties incurred during the return process. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Well, after my first post, the very next day the products arrived. Well packaged and intact. A bit flimsy, but after some adjustments, they seem to work fine.

Ordered one of their products on 08/02/22. Showed it would deliver in 7 days. Nothing. I went to the website to check my order status, and they had no record of me ever having placed an order. I sent an e-mail to their "service" e-mail address, and it bounced right back as undeliverable. I reversed the transaction on the credit card I used, and at the same time cancelled the card number. I also checked all transactions on that card after 08/02/22 and no other charges were made. Phew.

  5. I did receive my order for the Kinetic Metal Wind Spinner or should I say "Spinless". It did not work as described and was missing one of the stabilizing feet. They told me to put a fan in front of my wind spinner and send them a video... NOT. I disputed and I am getting my money refunded.

I saw this company ad on facebook, placed an order via Visa card. Was suspicious, so checked to find they indeed have Bad reputation, so immediately emailed their "customer service" address to cancel. Followed up with a call to Visa, lady assured me they would not honor the payment. It was entered on my account already' and stayed as "pending", but checked my acct today, and visa had paid it. So went to Visa "report a problem" online, message said they were issuing credit pending their contact with seller. So, not resolved yet. We need to learn NOT TO TRUST CHINESE SELLERS.!!!!

  7. It is complete junk. Received product, but it doesn't work, it is super small. Basically worth 50 cents in scrap metal in my opinion. DO NOT BUY!

Hotopse is a scam. I put a product on my credit card, and never received anything, no confirmation email to follow up with or anything. Out $60.00, not happy, buyer beware

    1. If you had a good credit card Co. they would refund your purchase if you didn't get your item. Mine does. One should never buy unless Credit Co. will refund if you have a problem with a purchase. Also, Thanks to this site for recognizing this co. is a scam.

I made the mistake of ordering and then regretting my action. There is no way to cancel an order and by that time they already have your credit card number. I made a choice to lock my credit card and order a replacement card with a new number from my credit card company, and I don't regret it. I should have vetted the site on my own, but it was sent by a friend whom I trusted.
