Hotekart complaints. Hotekart fake or real? Hotekart legit or fraud?

What is HoteKart.com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling different types of men's and women's clothing, shoes, wallets and bags, dumbbells, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

HoteKart is suspected to be one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

The company’s address is provided on its Contact Us, About and Privacy Policy pages as 218 Southpark Circle, Colonial Heights, VA 23834,US.

Another address is mentioned on its Terms and Conditions page as 2103 South El Camino Real Ste 109,Oceanside,CA 92054,US. There is no business with the name HoteKart that has been mentioned on or around these addresses on Google Maps. Instead, other businesses are mentioned over there. It has not provided the contact phone number on the website. So, it is clear that this site is trying to fake the information, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this site has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing or other products. Lots of content including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Refund and Return Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. It has clearly mentioned that all return shipping costs are borne by the customer. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

I ordered a 25 lb tank of freon 410a at an awesome price of $70.00 with free shipping. Normal wholesale price in Hawaii is around $350.00 for a 25 lb tank. Yes this was to good to be true...because my order never came. I want my money back.
    100% scam

    Hotekart is a SCAM—NOT LEGITIMATE COMPANY…
BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a doll house for my daughter on November 12, it never arrived (now December 30). The only way to contact this company is via email, however, don’t hold your breath awaiting a response—you’ll never get one. They’ll just take your money and run!

I ordered a smart TV at a ridiculous low price of like 80 dollars and never received it. And when I write to the company I get no response. I guess I need to accept that I've been taken. The problem I now have is this is the first time this has ever happened to me and I am no longer willing to purchase anything online outside of very well known sites like Amazon, Walmart, E Bay, etc. I hope the feds will look into this as it certainly now hurts other reputable online sellers.
