We have categorized Hhoois / Altreas as one of the doubtful sites because of the following drawbacks:

Company Address:

This online store has not provided its company’s address and contact phone number on its website whereas legit companies shall always provide such information on their websites. This makes very clear that it is trying to hide the information, so we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Its email address i.e. be*****************@*****63.com is not related to its domain name and found to be used by several other problematic sites.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is selling products at unrealistic cheap prices that only the problematic sites can afford to offer.

Copied content:

Lots of details provided on its website including its website theme match with multiple scam sites.

Its domain name i.e. Hhoois.com and website name i.e. Altreas are different but legit websites don’t put their website name differently than their domain name and the same website name is also mentioned on its policy pages instead of its domain name which occurs due to a copy-paste error of contents.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Refund Policy which says that you have to pay restocking fee, shipping fee and handling fee as well. It is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

On the basis of above stated realities of this site, it can be said that Hhoois / Altreas is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

  1. They are a scam company. They sent a package with a tiny ring that was never ordered instead of the item ordered. When contacted, they just repeat to check with my local post office and refuse to tell me what was sent from the warehouse or give me a refund.

I ordered a sofa and got a plastic envelope with a plastic tag on a ring from them after 6 wks. Trying to get my money back but they are trying to blame the post office in Canada for wrong delivery. So far no money back. Glad it was only $57 I lost !! Don't buy from this company !!!
