Erhars complaints. Erhars fake or real? Erhars legit or fraud?

What is Erhars .com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling clothing and fashion products such as dresses, two piece sets, jackets, coats, sweaters, cardigans, tops, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Erhars is listed as one of the problematic sites because of the following facts on its website:

Company Address:

It has provided its parent company’s name and address on its About Us and Contact Us pages as XBP INTERNATIONAL LTD: 145-157 ST.JOHN STREET, LONDON, ENGLAND, EC1V 4PW. However, there is no any business with the name XBP INTERNATIONAL LTD or Erhars that has been mentioned on or around this address on Google Maps, instead, there is another business with the name Safeguard Mortgages Limited has been mentioned on/around this address on Google Maps. On top of that, you can find other sites are also using the same parent company name such as Anxat, Klylo, Vanayia, Syewo, Melyp, Fufes, Alxye, Abilvia, Weabel, Ericry, Payaler, CloudMemorie, Gabrinl, Dacelyn, LonelyArtis, ValaNio, Besoia, Ambrete, Brizka, Akorry, Choliva, Melelly, Tutinoe, Almaltz, MaladiaEvethia Trezca, Oasnera, Albetti, Cholith, Syltia, Hoseill, Vanlvis, and so on. Hence, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Its email address i.e. Er****@******il.com is not related to its domain name.

Security of the website:

It has provided the fake trust seal logo of McAfee at the bottom of the Checkout page. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is claiming to sell lots of products at heavy discount rates. You should know that these days mostly scam sites are offering such huge discounts to attract people into their scam.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this site has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing or other products. Lots of details provided on its website, including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Due to the aforementioned reasons, the conclusion can be drawn that Erhars is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

  1. Sorry I didn't read this before ordering. The dress I ordered did not fit, and they will not give me a return address. I have been offered $8, $12 and $20 refund on a $54 purchase. And of course I get to keep the dress, which not only does not fit, but is made of cheap material that doesn't look at all like the picture.

I ordered three dresses from erhars. I love the dresses. Except one is too small. I emailed them and the email bounced back. I suppose I now have a dress to give away. I hate that because I love the dresses.

  3. Total scam. I ordered because they advertise full refund. I have offered to return for a refund of the $45 purchase price. They want to credit me $11 and LET me keep the product.
    Fraud!

Buyer beware. I am one of the fortunate who finally got the article I paid for. It took several email, most of which I did not get a reply and then a tracking number that was unrecognizeable by Canada Post, then one month and 2 days I receive the package, having to hold on line for more than an hour on each call to CIBC, one to file the claim with dispute dept and other call to cancel the refund when I rec’d the package. They advertise each item wit eg. CAD $39.95 meaning Canadian funds and then they charge you US dollars and the one email I did get back when I made them aware they said “we will give you $6 back when all is final. What a joke, still haven’t seen it and it would be more like &20.00 they owe e. Well, I am most grateful that I did not get scammed more than I did and for me, that is a big lesson learned. Oh, I put a complaint on their comments on their FB site and now I see that no one is permitted to comment. These people are shisters and need to be shut down.

This website is a huge scam. Takes forever to get the product, the quality of the product is cheap. You cannot get a full refund. Would never recommend. Learned my lesson on this one.
