Equiryle complaints. Equiryle fake or real? Equiryle legit or fraud?

What is Equiryle .com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling clothing and fashion products such as Tops, Jumpsuit, Casual Dresses, Maxi Dresses, Print Dresses, Formal Dresses, Chic Backless Dresses, Night Dresses, Jewellerys, Summer Vibes Trendy Tops, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have listed Equiryle / Mrhelen as one of the suspicious sites because of the following facts on its website:

Company Address:

The company’s address and contact phone number of this online store are not given on its website whereas legit companies shall always provide such information on their websites. So, it is clear that this site is trying to hide the information, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this site has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing or other products. Lots of details provided on its website, including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Its domain name i.e. Equiryle .com and website name i.e. Mrhelen are different but legit websites don’t put their website name differently than their domain name and the same website name is also mentioned on its policy pages instead of its domain name which occurs due to a copy-paste error of contents.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return/Exchange Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

All the above presented reasons are enough to draw the conclusion that Equiryle / Mrhelen is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

I ordered and paid for clothes from this site, I never received them. I normally check out sites but for some reason because it was on facebook I thought it was a legit site. Should have known prices were so low that it was too good to be true. Never Trust a site without checking it out!

I've purchased $72.83 AUS worth of clothing off this site and I am still unable to contact them as I haven't received a receipt or tracking number from over a week ago?! The receipt on my bank statement is Under www. mrhelen .com Hong Kong ##0722 48.90 US Dollar I'm hoping this is not a scam as my bank told me payment is pending but until it clears I can not make a complaint or request a refund!! Crazy it should be the other way around...They should stop it whilst pending based on the reviews I've offered to forward to them!! Is this the same with others that have purchased and can't cancel or freeze through their banks until the scammers have the money!!
