    Ordered 5 items in July 16th, received nothing and its Dec. Several emails, last reply said parcel got lost. They ask if I want refund, but said no, as they said bank will deduct more fees. But asked to resend similar items, still waiting.

    Same as everyone else I place an order in March and have not gotten anything but excuses with same statement I can reorder or get my money back. I have not gotten neither one.
