These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

I ordered 2 pair of dot mall sandals. I got them after two months. They were super cute, and wearing them in my house, they were very comfortable. Needless to say, I was not disappointed until....
I wore them to work and they killed my feet by just standing and walking around. The pain went up the back of my legs and knees.
This company is definitely a scam because their product is of extremely poor quality and causes foot problems vs preventing. Do not but these shoes,,,

I made the mistake of ordering some shoes thru a similar site. Very difficult customer service. I did contact PayPal showing the email string of contact with no results. PayPal gave me a refund. I then got a response asking me to stop the complaint. I ignored them like they ignored me. Shoes were not sized the same & definitely were not sized correctly.

  3. This is a scam type of e-commerce. They are full of false advertising. For those who have ordered and lost money, please file a report with the FTC: https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/#/

This is definitely a false advertising scam company. I foolishly ordered shoes from them and received the worst shoes ever. Plastic bottoms. Thin cheap faux “leather” looks like it’ll rip. Shiny sticky plastic footbed. Hurt feet immediately. Says must return within 30 days in original packaging. Which is a joke cause the plastic bag was wrapped so tight, the shoes can’t fit back in it. AND cannot find address to return it to. Was sent from a sort facility in Shanghai. Def DO NOT BUY from this “company”

  6. forgot to mention, they DO NOT run true to size, they were huge!

  7. Same here, i ordered 4 pair of shoes, the website stated they run true to size, so I ordered my size, what arrived were 4 very poor quality pair of shoes with creases on the top (all of them), and buckles that don’t buckle,
i contacted them thru their website customer help, let them know of the issues, they wrote back that it would be extremely expensive to return, instead keep the shoes & they would refund me $15.00 …..Whaaat?
STAY AWAY FROM THEM, product looks great in pictures, not so great when yiu get them, they reek of CHEAP!

Arrived 2 sizes too big, no contact info to refund or return. Why did I fall for another HK internet scam? I thought I had learned my lesson after buying from a bogus clothing company?
