Total scam and similar experience to others. There's no address on the site, nor an exchange or return policy (which is very necessary for an online clothing store). I bought a jacket and while I received it, it was too large so I contacted them to exchange it for a smaller size. The person I emailed wouldn't engage until I provided a picture of the item (she had the order number and details) and would not provide instructions for return or a location. When I emailed her back 6 times, she finally said I could send it TO ITALY (it came from US) and maybe I'd get a gift card. Scam scam scam.

I would give them ZERO stars if that were an option. I paid $92 for a raincoat and over a month later, had not received it. I contacted the company and they kept providing me with some strange tracking info. Finally I put in a case with PayPal since that's how I paid. The company provided an email saying the package was delivered and I never received it. I have a camera on my porch - it wasn't stolen. I put in a search with the P.O. and they couldn't find it. Based on the company falsified delivery info, PayPal denied my claim. I'm out $92 and have no raincoat for the rain today!!!! Don't buy from this company!!!
