Boxoak complaints. Boxoak fake or real? Boxoak legit or fraud?

What is Boxoak.com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling clothing and fashion products such as PANTS, SKIRTS, JEANS, LEGGINGS, SHORTS, Halloween, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have classified Boxoak as one of the problematic sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

The company’s address is given as 739 Commack Rd ,Brentwood,New York,11717,US. There is no business with the name Boxoak that has been mentioned on or around this address on Google Maps. Instead, other businesses are mentioned over there. This makes very clear that it is trying to hide the information, so we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Its email address i.e. ib*******@*****ok.com is a free and non domain specific one.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is selling lots of items at unrealistic cheap prices which is truly unbelievable to get from any legit site.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this site has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing or other products. Lots of details provided on its website including its website theme match with multiple scam sites.

Likewise it has mentioned the website domain name of another website rather than its own on its Terms and Conditions, etc. pages i.e. Hboxed but it has not provided any details about its link with that website whereas legit companies always mention their connection with other sister websites if they have any.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Refund and Return Policy which says that all return shipping costs are borne by the customer. It is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

On the basis of above mentioned reasons, it can be concluded that Boxoak is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

I ordered a 450 peice craftsman mechanic tool set for $65 on December 3rd, when I emailed them about the status of my order I was told my payment failed even though that exact amount of money was taken from my debit card. I sent them screen shot of the conformation of the order and still haven't heard anything back. That was on December 10th. I guess I just lost my money but if I can help anyone from making the mistake I did it would have been worth it..
