Annas Lena is categorized as one of the not recommended sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

Its company’s name and address are given as Shenzhen Xiangketian Electronics Co., Ltd. 401A, Building J, No. 2, Tengfeng 5th Road, Fenghuang Community, Fuyong Street, Baoan District, Shenzhen. Google Maps can't find the exact match of this address. Its contact phone number is also not given on the website. This makes it clear it is trying to hide the information, so we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is providing heavy discounts on lots of products it sells that none of the legit sites can afford to offer.

Copied content:

Lots of details on its website including the website theme match with multiple problematic sites like Cbujion, Cinauo, Quercia-Pic, Sweets-Liberty, Urban-Transformatios, Manics-Miner, Lebenstern, Sep-Times, Steirerecks, De-Geranium, IagoodStore, Maaemoes, Gemmsayze, Flottantae, Lyle-Shoppyes, Brachyscomes, Fifty-Mils, Toddlers-Saver, Menil-Montant, Pico-Panels, Aviary-Inns, Terra-Posh, etc.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Refund Policy which says that all shipping costs regarding returns, refunds, and or exchanges are the sole responsibility of the customer. It is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!
