What is DotMalls .com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling shoes, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have listed DotMalls as one of the doubtful sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

The company’s address of this online store is given on its Contact Us page as UNIT 04, 7/F, BRIGHT WAY TOWER, NO. 33 MONG KOK ROAD, KOWLOON, HK. There is no business with the name DotMalls that has been mentioned on or around this address on Google Maps. Instead, other businesses are mentioned over there.

Another company's name and address is mentioned on its Terms of Use page as Cola Technology lnternational Co., Limited . Room 702, 7/F, Spa Centre, No. 53-55 Lockhart Road, Wan Chai, HK. There is no business with the name Cola Technology lnternational Co., Limited or DotMalls that has been mentioned on or around this address on Google Maps. Instead, other businesses are mentioned over there. Moreover, this address is also found to be used by other scam sites like such as Lybuddy, Lynmia, Ininplaza, Onesgos, Dressynew, etc. Hence, we shall not trust such an unprofessional company for any kind of online shopping.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is claiming to sell its product at heavy discount rate. You should know that these days mostly scam sites are offering such huge discounts to attract people into their scam.

Copied content:

Lots of details provided on its website, including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

Do not order from this site. I ordered sandals and they took a very long time to arrive. They were worthless, terrible odor, couldn't fasten strap. The charge to return is 50-80 dollars to China. They offered me 15dollars. I replied that I believed it was a scam. So they offered 25 instead of returning. I will never be so naive again!

I ordered 3 pairs of the sandals. They arrived 2 months later. They had buckles that could not fasten so the shoes are unwearable.. NO phone number for customer service for a refund. No usable mauling address for returning the shoes to the seller. After reading your article I believe that I was scammed with an offer too hood to be true. I will contact my bank and report them.

Thank you for posting! Sorry for your experience. I saw an advertisement with a super cute pair for only 59.99. I raised a brow when I read synthetic leather and my spidey senses went off so I started researching. You confirmed what I feared. Almost got me Dotmall ..but you didn’t! Hope more people see this.

I purchased sandals. They are of low quality and took almost a month to arrive. (After I threatened to notify PayPal) . I requested a return label and was told shipping is at my expense. If I preferred not to return them they would give me $8. I should have read the "fine" print!

got the shows but cannot attach side buckle. Obviously they were made outside the United States. Cannot get in touch with them. I believe they are not honest.

They seem to be using falsified information about a DPM who endorses their shoes. They a name similar to, but not the same as, a real New City DPM. And they use the picture of the real DPM with the fake name.

I just received 2 bras I ordered. They don’t fit, but no return slip was enclosed. I tried to find a phone number, but it obviously is not a U.S. number. I guess I’ll give them to the local thrift store.
