What is DecideOnLove .com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling various products such as Super Soft Exfoliating Bath Sponge, Men's Casual Plaid Collar Button Summer Shirt, RFID ANTI-THEFT ALUMINUM WALLET CLIP, Waterproof Solar Garden Fireworks Lamp, Outdoor Decorative Light Solar, 12 Color Cream Texture Lipstick Waterproof, Cardinal Heart Pendant Necklace, ALL New Luxury Armor Shockproof With Ring Kickstand For SAMSUNG Galaxy S20 FE 5G, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

DecideOnLove is categorized as one of the suspicious sites due to the following facts on its website:

Company Address:

Its parent company’s name and address are given on its Terms of Service and Contact Us pages as LANDBASE TRADING CO., LTD: 1st Floor Beaconsfield Msam40 Junction 2, Beaconsfield A355 Windsor Drive, Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire, England, HP9 2SE. It has provided the image of its parent company’s name and address instead of writing directly on its website which is mostly done by sites when they copy-paste other company’s address so that no one can find them searching the given parent company name and address on Google. There is no company with the name LANDBASE TRADING CO., LTD that has been mentioned on or around this address on Google Maps. And as per Google Search, there are other multiple businesses on or around this address. The same company name and address is found to be used by other problematic sites like Eat-Rainbow, TrendySpread, BubbleSky, SoulPainter, Toptoptoppro, RainInspring, ColoursFind, SecretIsHere, Buppilo, BenoettTop, WellCraftsMan, BestTwilight, BlueBigBull, HonorOfCut, Trynre, DelightAisle, LadySunny, HermeGarden, Winterduet, DenimWears, etc. also This makes very clear that it is trying to fake the information, so we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

At the time of this review, it has provided its parent company name and address LANDBASE TRADING CO., LTD: 1st Floor Beaconsfield Msam40 Junction 2, Beaconsfield A355 Windsor Drive, Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire, England, HP9 2SE, however, in the future it may change its parent company name and address since similar types of sites did change their parent company names and addresses in the past.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is claiming to sell lots of products at heavy discount rates. You should know that these days mostly scam sites are offering such huge discounts to attract people into their scam.

Copied content:

Lots of details provided on its website, including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

All the above presented fact clarify that DecideOnLove is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

Ordered 2 bras on January 2 2023, as of March 22 2023 still have not received them. Tracking says they started out in Ireland and tracking stopped somewhere in US. It is a scam . Don't order anything from them. So ripped off!
Wish I'd checked this site before ordering!

I ordered 4 bras on January 4th - still not received! Multiple emails to the company have resulted in them saying to be patient! They’re tracking my package and it is in NORMAL delivery pattern! But they charged my credit card lightening fast!

I can't even get to their phone number or their email address to send back 2 really shifty items that I bought. I guess I am screwed. These companies should be inspected. Of course they won't be.

I am fighting with them right now about the same issue - non-delivery after 65 days. I am seriously pissed off about this. Am reporting them to the FTC.

  3. Finally received bra that was ordered on the 31st December 20222, started out with a tracking number which abruptly stopped updating after a month , I sent repeated emails to both Decide and the shipping tracker , trying to get them to give me the courier name as the last place it tracked to was literally a half hour drive form my home .
Was continually fobbed off with all sorts of excuses. Last week I wrote one final time to the shipping tracker who gave me a new consignment number , delivered this morning , wrong size , wrong colour and looks nothing like the bra in advert . So over these scammers !

I ordered bras on Jan 4, they charged my credit account but no product. They did send a tracking number through some company other than usps...I was able to follow the progress of shipment from Italy through customs then US customs to Phoenix AZ. I emailed the company to ask why it hasn't moved any further...they said they would check on it and get back to me. NOPE! Like others who have commented I wish I had checked this page first.

    I ordered a bra on February 1oth and I haven't
received it yet. After reading these comments, I can see they are scammers. Facebook should check out companies before they let them advertise. No more orders from Facebook.

I ordered 1 bra in Dec. of 2022, it's now the end of Feb 2023. I still don't have it. I wish I would of read all these comments and found out this company was a scam before I ordered. No wonder they haven't given me a refund yet.

This company took me for 30.98. The phone number called is not a working number. I have e-mailed the 'decideonlove' e-mail address. Considering I am a 67 year old woman I consider this as a form of elderly abuse and am filing a complaint to the Ohio Attorney Generals office. A SCAM!!!

    JUST STOP BUYING!!

  14. Yes it’s a scam big time. I lost 60..00

  15. I mirror the same experiences that these other women complain about. Is there something legally to be done?

I had same situation with bras..pictures on site do not match the ridiculous piece of "crap" I received. Mine came from Spain and took so long cause couldn't find my address.

Totally fraudulent in advertising and product. Bought 2 bras professed made in US - designed by a grandma for the mature body, followed size chart. Over a month later received, very poor quality-too small-very uncomfortable-shipped out of Ireland.. Customer responded to my refund/return request, but only offered USD7 for my $63.63 charge.. O yes, FACEBOOK ran this add...

  18. SCAM SCAM SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THEIVES! I wish I had found this site before my purchase. It took almost a month to receive. They were shoved into the smallest bag. Even though I followed their size chart, the bras did not fit. They are poor quality. They do not refund because they have no refund policy, which is not stated at time of purchase. Order was $84 and they offered “7 US Dollars.” Their advertising is deceptive and fraudulent.

  19. It’s been one month today since I placed my order and still nothing I’m calling my credit card company now to get my money back. SCAM SCAM SCAM. I don’t understand how they can advertise on Facebook or anywhere else and cheat so many of us.

I too had an issue with this company, they claimed made in USA, so I ordered, now i am fighting with them and PayPal that it was fraudulant, they claimed made in USA, but clearly these are made in china, they claim easy return, it is not. why should I have to retuen something to china when it was allegadly made in the USA? I should not have been tricked, facebook should not allow advertisers who scam thier customers, and PayPal should protec thier customers more.

  22. Yep. A total rip off. I ordered a bra. It was way too small. To return it cost more than the bra. Never buy from this place. You have to give them credit. They did figure out how to get your money and keep it.

  23. Yep. A total rip off. I ordered a top inner wear. It was way too small. To return it cost more than the price of the item. Never buy from this place. You have to give them credit. They did figure out how to get your money and keep it.

  24. I too am a victim of this scam. Followed the size chart but got something much too small back. They offered US$6 dollars back which I am accepting because something is better than nothing. NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING ON FACEBOOK !!!!
If it is too good to be true, it usually is not. I have learned my lesson.
    Ladies, be warned.

  25. My comment mirrors many here - the two 2XL bras I bought for a total of $64.19 would maybe fit an average size teenage girl. They want to refund me $3.00 and I keep the bras. I threatened them with the Better Business Bureau so we shall see what happens. I’m sorry this is happening to you all as well. These people need to be stopped and Facebook should not allow them to advertise! My package came from an Italy although the email correspondence sounds as though they’re from China.

    1. HUGE SCAMMERS. Send junky cheap bras that even Dollarama has better quality. Their return policy states very clearly that THEY are responsible for wrong items sent etc but refuse to honor their own policy when they send totally different bras.
PayPal was no help - they used to help customers that got scammed but now I have to pay to return to Hong Kong which will cost as much as the $100 US products. Cheap junk bras. A 5xl would maybe fit a pubescent girl but that's it. No way their sizing chart is correct. Scam. SCAM. SCAM !!!!
Why is Facebook allowing these crooks to buy ad space???

  26. SCAM!! Do not buy from them. It took a month to receive product and found out it was from China, not the UK. The quality was extremely poor. Offered $6 compensation because of high shipping costs for return. By the looks of the product, it probably cost them $1 to make. I'll never by anything from facebook advertising again. I've learned my lesson!!

Received the product but was too small. Spent 59USD but they only want to refund me 3USD for my troubles. Be careful out there this is a scam.

  28. Received the product after a month. Very disappointed. So cheaply made. Please do not waste your money!!! Total SCAM.

I ordered an item from it and it took almost a month to receive it when I did it was too small. I contacted them they asked for a picture of the QR code on the package, they responded that it was the size I ordered which I knew but then I told them that I followed the sizing chart and it was too small that I wanted to exchange it their response was that they could not and they would refund me $4.00 for my trouble and that I could gift it to someone who wanted it. I payed $42.00 for it and got $4. Do not buy from them! I saw the add on Facebook.

  31. Total SCAM. Overcharged. Product WAY too small even after upsizing as they recommend. REFUSES REFUND. Offers $3 for my “trouble”.

Received the product, but it didn't fit - return policy is absolutely terrible.
When you have to return the product, the return address is in Hong Kong Sar China. Cost to return is terrible (from Canada)
