CurveDream Scam Or Genuine? CurveDream.com Review

If you looking for the CurveDream review, then you're in the right place. While CurveDream has been around for quite some time, something that scam sites can’t achieve, we still can't fully recommend it. This CurveDream review was first published on 21 January 2021, and updated at September 23, 2023, and again at 3 April 2025.

We’ve found following facts about CurveDream:

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

Based on complaints received from buyers of CurveDream, it has been reported that the customer support and delivery time of CurveDream is often very poor. They have also complained about their refund process and product quality.

Customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the level of support provided by CurveDream and have experienced delays in receiving their orders, or hassle in getting refunds.

So, this is the huge red flag due to which we can't recommend it. You can find such customer complaints on sites like Trustpilot, Sitejabber, etc.

Company Address:

Previously, it had provided the company’s address on its Contact Us page as Haiguang Building, No.33 Shuixian Road, Siming District, Xiamen. Google Maps was unable to find the exact match of this address. However, now it has deleted this address.

After that it had provided its company address as, Flat/Rm 1707, 17/F, Yip Sheung Hei Street,San Po Kong, Kowloon Hong Kong.

However, this address was from Hong Kong, but at that time it had mentioned its Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. So, either is a CurveDream from Hong Kong or France?

This mismatch info and frequent changes of its company address is making it more doubtful.

On top of that, it hasn't provided any contact information now, neither its detailed company or store address, nor its contact phone number as well.

Security of the website:

The presence of a fake Norton, McAfee, etc. trust seal logo on its Checkout page raises concerns about its security.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is claiming to sell lots of products at heavy discount rates. You should know that these days mostly scam sites are offering such huge discounts to attract people into their scam.

Copied content:

In our investigation, we found that CurveDream uses product images in its catalog that are not unique to the site. This suggests that the images may have been copied from other websites or that the store is reselling products. Also, we noticed similarities in website details and theme between CurveDream and several problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return and Refund Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

  1. Search About the Store: Before you buy, try to find out the reality of online store. Firstly, check for reviews, ratings, and what customers say. Furthermore, check given contact info, since real businesses have a real address and contact info. Scams may have fake or none.
  2. Make Sure the Website is Safe:
    • Look for “https://” in the web address. Additionally, look for trust seals like Norton, McAfee and so on, because scam online stores either don’t provide trust seals or provide the fake ones.
    • So, click on trust seals to check if they’re real. Since, real ones take you to official pages, fake ones send you to random pages or are not clickable.
  3. Watch out for deals that seem too good: Scam online stores use super discount prices to trick you. So, compare prices with trusted stores to be sure.
  4. Before you buy, look at the refund rules: Be careful if the refund rules of the store are confusing or too strict. So, check what the store says about refunds.
  5. Use Safe Payment Methods: Stick to popular and safe payment methods, such as credit cards or PayPal. In contrast, be highly suspicious of stores that only accept payment forms like gift cards, wire transfers, etc.
  6. Use Strong passwords: Use unique, hard-to-guess passwords for your payment accounts. Moreover, add two-factor authentication for extra safety.
  7. Watch for Phishing Attempts: Be cautious of emails from unknown senders with links. So, check the link before clicking it. Moreover, look at the website’s URL to make sure it’s not fake and related to the website name.
  8. Be Careful with Your Personal info: Avoid online stores asking for too much personal info.

DO NOT Order anything from them! They do not willing provide a return slip or their address and make it extremely difficult and time consuming to try and return anything. They finally provided me a return address when I informed them that I reported it to my credit card and was disputing the charge

The merchandise is very flimsy. The material is VERY thin. The sizing is very inaccurate. I ordered two tops that were supposed to be extra large and they were more like extra small. They might fit a 10 year old not a grown woman!

They really took their time providing me a return address and the whole thing was very time consuming. I am still trying to get my money back! Waiting for my credit card companies decision and for them to acknowledge the return.

I am also having trouble getting a return slip, which should have been provided with the shipment originally. No phone number listed for customer service. Clothes are made from paper thin material and sizing is ridiculous small.

It does sound like one of those Chinese companies I got duped with once before. Was unable to return expensive dresses that were listed as 100% cotton and were NOT!

SCAM company!!! Clothing many inches smaller than standard sizes, "california return address" on package is NOT a return address and wmthey will NOT take clothing back but iffer you 1/4 of what you paid as a settlement BUT WILL THEN ignore all emails and NOT PAY YOU!!! BEWARE!!!

  6. I received my order in about 3 weeks. However the material is cheap and way too small! I have been emailing them everyday for 2 weeks trying to get the info to return. All emails have been bumped back on their site form. I sent through from my own email and were received, but I have not heard one thing! I am beyond frustrated!!

Tried to cancel order - no process to canel. Tried to send email to customer service - the email bounces back. Tried to file complaint with PayPal and stop payent - PayPal totally uncooperative. Says they can't do anything with this company. I'm usually a more savvy shopper than this. Damn!

Well, I feel stupid! I thought their clothes were super cute. I read several reviews which stated they were a legit company. I just placed an order of $200. When will I learn? I’m hoping my items won’t be horrific - but I’m feeling I’ve been duped!

I'm still waiting for them to reply to my numerous e-mails asking for a refund. As of yet, they have not replied. I will be calling my credit card company and filing a dispute with them. It seems funny that I put it on my Mastercard and they in turn charged it to PayPal.

So, what happened? Did you get your order? Did they fit?

  9. K. Oliver Avatar

I ordered two shirts in December 2022 and never got them. Through many emails, they are blaming me for not having the correct address, however, in one of the emails they sent, they verified what they had and it was correct so...so mad! They had the nerve to tell me if I wanted my items now, I would have to pay $10 more for shipping. I am sad I was duped and feel stupid and angry! People definitely need to report this to the FTC as well as the BBB, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. They also emailed me from SiteJabber...whatever that is.

And to the person who mentioned the Clark Shoes RECALL... I have yet to receive the return bag to get these recalled shoes back to them for my refund. These people suck!

Call your bank and tell him it was fraud and they’ll give you your money back. You don’t have to deal with the company..
