  1. Forgot to add my next stop is to report them to the FTC, which has a .gov website and said they cover scams.

  2. I ordered two puzzles with the added wooden box ( an extra expense but they were gifts.) The puzzles Boxes arrived in together in a flimsy making bag. The contents were free to move around inside.
    Inside were two puzzles in wooden boxes. However, I did not break the plastic seals because the boxes were damaged. I contacted the company at the email provided on the website and requested replacements. "Anna" generated all correspondence. She asked for photos which I promptly sent. She assured me the replacements would be sent. The first time she said this she said immediately. I asked where to send the damaged boxes because the only address and phone on line were in a foreign country. On the flimsy mailing bag, there was a return address in New Jersey. She did not provide an address and said again that the fulfillment department was being urged to send the puzzle boxes to me. Again I heard nothing, no email with a tracking number. I finally saw bad reviews on line as opposed to the good reviews on their website and concluded that I was never going to get replacements or be given a return address. I sent an email to "Anna" requesting the address again and said since I didn't believe they were going to send replacements I wanted a refund and again the return address.
    "Anna" who was so prompt to respond to my emails has gone radio silent. On the plastic mailer bag, there was a New Jersey address. I looked it up on Google maps. It was an old storage facility with one of those roll up doors. No way to enter or for the delivery person to leave any mail. I contacted my credit card and disputed the charges. They requested all correspondence and photos. I sent them and included a picture of the flimsy bag as well as a screen grab of the storage place in New Jersey. Then I looked for a site with reviews and found this one and have told my story. I've never been involved in something like this and it is an eye opener. On the main website they say they provide customer service 24/7. But elsewhere my only means of contact was an email address with "Anna" on the other end. I will be more cautious in reading a sales website in the future and dig deeper in the site to find whether there are red flags. I will never buy from this company again and am confident my credit card will be credited with the amount charged because the buy- replace-refund 24/7 customer service appears to be a scam in my opinion.

  3. Silly trusting me. Ordered three puzzles, got two, nearly a month later. Teeny, tiny. It will be a while before I find out if there are pieces missing. Not even trying to get my 3rd puzzle. No paperwork came with the order, so have nothing to go on. The return address is to Yuansheng, obviously not in USA. USPS says package was damaged when they received it.
    Save your money!

  4. I ordered seven puzzles on their supposedly closeout special. It wasn't really a closeout, but the prices were reasonable. The puzzles arrived in a reasonable time, and the quality and colors were a reasonable match to the ads. Two puzzles were for me, five were intended as gifts. The first one I assembled was very nice; the second had a piece missing. I quickly worked the other five and discovered three puzzles had missing pieces and four puzzles had broken pieces. I notified Craft-Hub the first half of November, sending pictures of the completed puzzles with the problems highlighted. "Anna" responded the next day saying replacement puzzles would be shipped, arriving in 10 to 15 business days. Three weeks later, I notified Craft-Hub that they had not arrived. I quickly received a response from Anna saying she would follow up with shipping and let me know the status. On January 2, 2023, I reminded Anna and told her I had learned nothing from her about replacement status. She responded quickly, telling me they would be shipped right away. At this point, I really don't expect to receive replacements. The two puzzles that had no problems were nice for the price. The quality control is terrible, and the customer service, although prompt and courteous, has been totally ineffective so far. I wouldn't recommend this company if you're ordering gifts--it simply takes too long to get a useable product. As a recommendation, avoid the small sizes for children--the tiny pieces and their non-interlocking design will simply frustrate a child. On a different note, I have had no unauthorized credit card activity after doing business with them.

  5. I bought 5 for Christmas gift ..after hearing they were all missing pieces I hope this isn't the case.It definitely looked nothing like the add,colors dark pieces very small!Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

  6. Ordered on November 28th. Puzzle arrived on December 12th...not too bad, but the hard plastic box inside a soft plastic envelope with a thin layer of bubble wrap had clearly been dropped and the plastic box shattered. It was going to be a gift but I can't give it in its present condition. I emailed immediately and was told they would contact me within 24 hours. One week later, still no email. After reading these reviews I shall have to do the puzzle myself to make sure all the bits are there. Just what I needed 1 week before Christmas.

  7. Pieces are incredibly small. Craft hub offered a discount if I buy a larger size, I bet the pieces are still small. Rip off for the price even during the sales. Scammers

  8. I bought these puzzles...7 of them for a gift for my 9 yr old granddaughter. It said 7-10 days delivery. Took over 30 days. Granddaughter was long gone & still no puzzles. I finally got them the day I stopped payment on my Visa. Puzzles are much tinier, & darker than they appear online. The patterns are beautiful with rich colors. In reality, the colors are flat, heavily muted & dark. Not pretty as depicted. This company is in Singapore. They claim a warehouse facility in CA on the fb page, but they are made & ship from Singapore/or China. Would NOT PURCHASE from them.

  9. Tried to buy one using PayPal. Transaction went ok on PayPal but crafthub said problem with payment, please use a different method. Made me think they were after my bank details so didn’t order. Suspicious!

  10. I ordered 4 puzzles. I did receive them weeks later. So far 2 of the 4 puzzles have been put together. One was fine, the other is missing 5 pieces. Not happy!

  11. I purchased a lion puzzle from this company. When it arrived I sat down and started to put it together however 2 pieces were missing. I contacted them about the issue and also sent them a picture. I was informed that they would replace the same puzzle not one of my choice. I being a trusting person ordered another puzzle. They sent it without the full address on it so according to tracking it was sent back. I contacted them and they said when they received it they would resend it back to me. That was over a month and a half ago. They got my money and I got shafted for my purchase. Avoid this company period

  12. I ordered 8 of these puzzles and yes I must admit the service was good, but saying that I have just done another one and a couple of pieces are missing. Very disappointing as they are not the easiest to do , but love the challenge.

  13. I ordered a few puzzles and a filigree painting since they were having a closing sale. (The closing sale is, by the way, a scam because it appears to be an eternal closing sale.) I was surprised at how small the puzzles were, but they were in nice boxes. The filigree painting however arrived the wrong, smaller, size and was missing parts, including the important instructions so it would have been impossible to do. I followed the "Contact Us" link on their email right away, and then left for vacation. When I returned from vacation, I noticed I did not have a reply, so I looked for other ways to contact them. I tried replying directly to another email I had received; this time I got a reply. However they said since it was now over 10 days, they could not refund my money. After some communication, they finally agreed to refund half my money. I told them I would make up the other half in advertising for them. That's why I'm posting this review.

  14. I ordered puzzles from craft hub and got a phony tracking number and they didn’t respond to my email about getting info when I would get puzzles. Company is a scam they take your money and never get product. I thought they were legit cause they were on Pinterest.

    I recently bought some wooden puzzles fromCraft Hub….they are not as good as I had expected and were in US dollars and took 18 days to get here in NZ. I had purchased a similar puzzle from Whitcoulls and thought they were similar.
    The puzzles are not what I thought they would be. Bit disappointing really .I found them on Pinterest
    They were not cheap by the time they got here.

  16. I ordered puzzles from Craft Hub in early March and am still waiting. They claim to have finally sent my order, and they suggest I didn't receive it because of something 'on my end'. They claim to have sent another package, insinuating I am lucky to have another go at it. Will it take months again? Why are the comments online on FB so favorable...when you believe they may be a scam?

  17. I have just purchased 2 wooden jigsaws from this site at the fantastic reduced price.

    They arrived quickly, they are an excellent item and come in individual plastic cases.

    I have no problem with this site and intend to purchase more for my grandchild.

  18. I placed an order on March 5, 2022 and received it on May 25, 2022. Coming from Singapore that's not too shabby. Great puzzles with different shapes. Love them.

  19. Yeah, this site clearly isn't just doing the homework, both myself and my ex j have received our purchases. My only complaint was slow delivery, but they responded to my emails personally and in a decent manner of time.
    My suggestion is to order the larger sizes as they are a decent bit easier and more true to the pic advertised as it seems they just shrink the rear most layer of the graphic to reduce the size.

  20. We received the puzzles today and set about making one of the A5 ones right away. I was disappointed by the quality of the panda one we tried. The colors were not nearly as vivid as the picture, sometimes difficult to tell which side of the piece was the top. I expected, like most wooden puzzles, to have a bright painted color with a clear coat that would be durable and beautiful like the ads I saw. A few of the pieces had such fragile and sharp projections and one such projection already broke off the first use. The puzzle was interesting with the different shapes and all the pieces were there, but so few had connecting points that really held fast so it kept inching apart, especially when trying a new piece in a hole. It almost needs a fixed border around it to keep the shape while you build. Overall, the size of the puzzle and pieces and color/material quality were disappointing for the price. We have not tried any of the A3 size yet, but I do not think I can gift the puzzle we already tried as I had planned; it is just not nice enough to be the teacher appreciate gift we were hoping for. Frustrating, because we have been so excited to get these in the mail and they took longer than the shipping estimate of 7-15 business days!

    After going back and forth with a customer representative, emailing various pictures of the puzzle, they seem to be giving me the go-around and not resolving my claims. About half of the puzzles were good, all of their A3 size and some of their A5 size. I would definitely never buy the smaller A5 ones again!

  21. I purchased some puzzles from them during their "closing sale", which seems to be constantly going on. They arrived in 2 - 3 weeks, during which I could monitor shipping progress through tracking. I would rate the quality of the puzzles as poor. The color in the picture is bright and vibrant on the website and very dull and subdued on the product. The pieces are cut with very fine detail -- that part is fine-- but the cutting process involves burning the wood, and the whole room smells like a campfire for several days when you open the puzzle.

  22. I agree. The "About us" section mentions it began in Montreal, Canada ywt there a ni Canadian phone numbers (the main contact number is a Singapore number, the other one, Hong Kong).

    Too many inconsistencies.
