What is CoofandyStore .com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling clothing and fashion products such as beach wears, men's shirts, gym clothes, bottoms, suit vests, tuxedos, casual suits, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Coofandy Store is suspected to be one of the not recommended sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

The company’s address is mentioned on its Contact Us page as 901A6, No. 6, Kangli City, No. 66, Pingji Avenue, Shanglilang Community, Nanwan Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen, China . Google Maps can't find the exact match of this address. So, it is clear that this site is trying to hide the information, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Although the provided address is from the China, on its TERMS OF SERVICE page it has mentioned its services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of US. This is completely a mismatch information. After all, why any company from China will be governed by the laws of US?

Its email address i.e. coofandystore@gmail .com is a free email address but not its domain specific one.

Copied content:

Lots of details provided on its website, including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. It has stated that the returns will be made at your own cost. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Based on the above stated reasons, we can conclude that CoofandyStore is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

  1. Unfortunately, upon receiving my orders on December 28th 2023, I discovered the poor quality of the fabrics, construction, and sizing. Consequently, I sought to initiate the return process. Despite sending four different emails and reaching out via Instagram, I have yet to receive any response regarding the return procedure and we are in March 2024.

Bought Coofandy tank tops through Amazon OK. Still waiting for purchase directly from Coofandy. No high expectation.

  3. Ordered a few sweaters from them on Amazon. They showed up a few days later, no issues. Still wear their sweaters today.

I ordered a shirt in February 2023. It is now 3 month, nothing arrived, when I emailed them they asked me to check with postage office. This is a scam.

Bought 2 shirts from these people. Ordered 4X (my size is 2X or 3X, depending on the cut). Two months later I received the shirts, size on tag was 4X, but it wouldn't even fit our cat (no kidding; they were like doll's clothes). It would cost more in postage than I paid for the shirts to return them to China (there was no indication that this was a China-based company when I bought the shirts). Yeah, it's a scam, but is widely advertised on Facebook and elsewhere and the firm has a lot of (probably fake) good reviews online. Avoid this company and any others based in China. There's no way to return the products without wasting more money.
