    Hi!

    In November I had ordered two items (two pokemon) from clymantech.com and I paid them via Paypal. After some months on 26th February arrived only the one of the two parcels. The second one hasn't arrived yet I called in the Post office of my town and they told me that the parcel didn't arrive in my country at all and it has probably remained in Netherlands.
    They told me that the sender must send an application searching for the parcel they have sent.
    I have sent them 3 emails but they don't answer. What can I do? Thank you!

      You can try to get back your money by contacting your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team.

    I received my 3 mini marimba thumb pianos. None of the boxes had a manual or music which your ad said was included. These are gifts and need manual asap. Thank you, Brenda

    To whom it may concern.
    I was advertised this site via my podcast app. It sells the real-life huskies asking for other items. I can't find it on your site, however, given the info and pictures are identical (including vary bad grammar) I thought I'd pass it on to you to have a look at Bstkole.com in my experience if it's to good to be true then it's too good to be true! I'll be interested to hear your findings
