    As you can see in the email history below, in August 2020 I bought the car " Remote Control Car Electric Drift ", and on October 15 I received this car “Highest Racing” that has nothing to do with what I asked for!

    I have been exchanging e-mails on this subject with te store “Customer05” (a new person responds to every email), asking for te car I bought, or refound my money, and they keep telling me that they do not send me the car I bought! They start telling me that they give me 10% of what I paid. Now they said that they will giveme 35% of what I payed?

    I DON’T WANT THAT!

    I want the car I bought, and if they want the car that they wrongly sent me back, they have to pay the freight, because it wasn't my mistake, and they want me to pay for something they did wrong?

    I DO NOT SEND THE CAR BACK TO MY COSTS!

    It's not right, and I'm done with it.

    I WANT THE CAR I ORDERED, OR THE TOTAL MONEY I PAID BACK!

    I wait for your comments.

    You took te advantage of my mistake to deceive me, sending what I didn't ask for.

    Now you say it is unlikely that you will give me the product I ordered, or the money I spent?
    You want me to send the product back to you, and pay for the postage?

    Are you asking me to pay you for the mistake you made?

    No, it will not happen.

    Send me what I asked for, or return the money I paid you!

    If you want the product back, send with the car I ordered, enough money to send the product back to you, and then, I will spare 10 minutes of my time, to put it in the post office, the same way I received it.

    Here are the two options we can accept and afford:

    1. We offer you a partial refund, up to 35%, and you keep the product.

    2. We will give you a 100% refund if you send the product back to us. And make sure the product can be resold,you need to pay the return freight. If you agree, we will send you the return address

      In this case, you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Show them this post as a reference. Explain to them everything. You should also get a copy of the information for the tracking number from a post office that clearly shows the address where the item has been delivered and the weight of the item which will definitely have a less or more weight than the item you order. Show these details to the bank or credit card company or PayPal. People who had provided this information to the bank or credit card company or PayPal, most of them have got a full refund with the help of a bank or credit card company or PayPal.

    We ordered the rechargeable mini chainsaw.
    We got an handsaw, a small one, not what we ordered at all. Proubly never will get what we ordered. What they sent to us is not worth what we paid for the mini chainsaw. They need to put out of their job , or at least sent the right thing to us or give our money back!!!!!!!!

    1, 2 MIO People saw this video, I guess at least 5 to 10 % made an order (Price: EUR 29,99)...
    But : you dont get, what you´ve paid for! ( you´ll receive a rose scissor , value o, 50 Cent!)
    AND > You´ll never get an answer ( email doesnt even work!)
    Lets do some maths:
    50000 people x 0,50 EUR (Value of what you receive) = 25.000 EURO
    50000 people x 30 EUR ( what people paid- rounded ) = 1.500.000 EURO
    NOT Bad, what one can earn with SCAM!
    Better someone should contact authorities ( in Great Britain or China)
