    Hi

    I bought two bags to give to my wife but I have not received the order and payment. It was made the last week of November 2024. When I contacted your company, a person named Taylor answered me and told me that she would get in touch, but she has never contacted my emails.

    Could you help me clarify this?

      If you did not received your order, you can contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, then you can open a dispute via your PayPal account to get a refund. Good Luck!

    Do not buy anything from this company they were ripped off I paid for one of the nightstands I need never showed up and when I try to get to the website they told me that I have been blocked from the website so there’s no communication and they’ve already took my money so alert guys do not buy anything from these guys I have my invoice number which I will provide. invoice number 9420 this order was placed since 28 September no follow up is supposed to take seven business days to get here and I haven’t seen it and I cannot contact them because they blocked me from the website.
