    I ordered two items and none of them have reached me yet and no information but already taken my money which is wrong absolutely pathetic. If who ever took my money through a false business and thinking they are smart than all the people whom you don't even know how some of us make our money you are wrong and I promise you that you can not get away with it. When a lot of people are crying in the name of your fake online business. My word of advice to you is now it's the time for you to re think what you are doing or you are going to face the consequences of being a scam. Every bad deeds comes with revenge. Thank you.

    I ordered a battery bike to help me get around on my vacation. Can not walk well . I recived a pair of socks and a letter with no name just saying that my order will be recived but it never has . This is a total scam . Now reading all these reviews . Do not order , has anyone recived a refund what do we do ?

      In your case, you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Explain to them everything. You should also get a copy of the information for the tracking number from a post office that clearly shows the address where the item has been delivered and the weight of the item, which will definitely have less weight than the item you order. Show these details to the bank, credit card company, or PayPal. People who had provided this information to the bank, credit card company or PayPal, most of them have got a full refund with the help of a bank, credit card company, or PayPal.
