    I purchased 2 items from vivichic.com and the only address, name, or any information is this company. Vivichic.com said to return items within 15 days but did not provide an address. I wrote customer service and 2 days later and their reply was why do you want to return items. I had already told them in my prior email, the items were poor quality and did not look anything like the photos. I have heard nothing else from them. I have written the BBB so I am hoping you will be investigated as well.

      It's better you contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account. Explain to them everything.

    I've tried to add a comment to your review of Comfyrs, but it just says I'm submitting too quickly and to wait a few seconds. I've waited a few minutes, but get same message.

      Sometimes that happens due to the security system of our website. If that happens, you can just off and visit our website after 10 minutes and then write (or copy-paste) the message but wait at least 30 seconds before you submit a comment because if you submit very quickly, such errors occur due to our security system. We must do it to protect our website from spam comments. Sorry for your inconvenience. Hope you understand.

      We don't sell anything. We just do the review of online stores and warn people about scam online stores. So, you may have found the review of some online stores on our website and may have thought that online store belongs to us which is not. So, in which online store did you purchase and didn't get the stuff?

    I am deeply concerned about this "company" and correlating website. Please review all info below:
    1) Address location listed on Soulbleld site is a family house in the 'burbs (found on Zillow satellite shot);
    2) Phone number (205) 498-1685 that I called for two days at different times is "not in service";
    3) Carbon copy of shopping site and contact info was also found on alternate site: Demicdo.com
    a)Customer service Email:de*****@*****ok.com
    b)Address: 340 Cherry street 12D,New York, New York,10002
    c)Telephone: 1-205-498 -1685 SAME CUSTOMER CONTACT PHONE # AS SOULBLELD SITE.
    d) 340 Cherry St is an apartment located at 340 Cherry St, New York, NY 10002...the area is
    commonly known as Lower East Side. AN APARMENT!
    4) Lastly, I emailed the Soulbleld site inquiring about their address and too-good-to-be-true prices.
    5) Email that I received back about 18 hours later: "Hello dear
    Thank you for your inquiry.
    The quality of all our products is guaranteed, you can buy with confidence.
    You can read product information and payment methods carefully on the website。
    The price is so favorable because we want to have small profit and quick return.
    If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
    We will answer your questions patiently and apologize for the inconvenience caused.
    Thank you!"

      You only said you are deeply concerned about this "Company" but didn't mention the name of the site. However, later you mention about Soulbleld.com and Demicdo.com sites. All of the items from your order # 1559 have now been shipped.The tracking number for these items is 66AD3C162D8D02F. Transport page: pryexpress.com I have not received the product, all pages have been deleted, I cannot find any contact.

      You should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal then, you should open a dispute via your PayPal account and then should contact the support team of PayPal to get a refund.

          You should open a dispute via your PayPal account and need to contact the PayPal support team. Explain to them everything. If that doesn't work, then you can contact your credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund.
