    I was recently scammed to by this "PivotLight" company for $77.97. Ordered some "cat tree trunks" play houses and rec'd after 4 months some blue fabric covered disks. Writing to them does no good as they only want you to spend more money sending the crap back and will "offer" a $26 voucher for more bogus crap from their site! Is anyone going after these crooks? Looking online I see this is what they've been doing to most of their customers who ordered what I did. Hope you can get them. Is there any kind of class action suit against them maybe?

Explain to them everything. You should also get a copy of the information for the tracking number from a post office that clearly shows the address where the item has been delivered and the weight of the item which will definitely have less weight than the original item.     Biplannne or Biplanne people are a bogus online website scamming you out of everything you got I was a victim prices were to good to be true luckily I had PayPal was able to recover my money stay away people they even use a fake EMS Express shipping website with actual movement controlled by them so be careful stay away and I'm asking you guys from this website to expose them please they need to be stopped
