Is Comfyshe a scam or a genuine company?

Before coming to any conclusion we are going to show you the real picture of this Comfyshe company from our research and findings after which you can easily figure out whether it is a fake or a real company or you shall trust this website or not. Please note that when the company is from a scammer, they leave so many loopholes that can be figured out but let’s talk about some major factors which definitely explain whether the company is a scam or legit.

So let's start with the COMFYSHE review:

Comfy She is an online clothing fashion store that offers attractive dresses and other fashion items. But there are so many things you must know about COMFYSHE before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized ComfyShe as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address

If you check the company address details then you can see that they have provided the address as UAB "Taurus Lithuania" Vilniaus m. sav. Vilniaus m. Jogailos g. 9, Lithuania. When we tried to find pinpoint this location through Google Maps, we observed that Google Maps can't locate the exact match of this address but only the partial one. The legit company always provides the detailed company's address which can be found on Google Maps easily. So, in the case of ComfyShe, their company address seems to be faked. If any company is not providing the verified company's address then we shall not trust such companies.

Another thing we noticed is that they have given the address of somewhere in China (Xinhua International Plaza Block B 1101 Hefei, 230000) on their “Refund Policy” and "Privacy Policy" pages. The question is why the same company has two different company's addresses on their website? On top of that, the exact match of the Chinese address also can't be found via Google Maps. Even there are two Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Terms of Service pages, one which you can find at the bottom of the website and another you can find only at the bottom of the Checkout page where they have mentioned about this Chinese address. So, this detail makes ComfyShe a very suspicious site.

Payment Gateway

If you click the payment gateways icons like Paypal, VISA, MasterCard, and so on placed at the bottom of the ComfyShe website, those are not clickable. Legit companies mostly provide clickable payment gateway icons and scam companies mostly use such icons only for the display in order to look genuine and trick the people.

Copied Images/Contents

Comfy She is using the copied images from the other sites which the legit sites never do. The images of the products are cropped as the faces of the models used in those images are hidden in order to escape from the copyright issues as it will be difficult for the copyright holder to find such images easily. Secondly, the quality of the images is also blurred and low as in other scam sites due to copied ones. Actually, you can find a bunch of scam sites with similar product images. Similarly, the content of the website and the website theme is also not the original but copied from the other similar type of sites.

Discount and Sales offers

Just think is it trustworthy that some genuine site really can afford to provide huge discounts and sales deals i.e. above 25% in most of the products they sell? Definitely not because how can they make a profit with this type of business strategy? We have found that such a strategy is used by most of the scam companies to attract and trick people on their website and Comfy She is also following the same strategy. So it seems like they are also be trying to scam the people.

Refund Policy

ComfyShe has a return/refund policy which is found to be very unrealistic and useless which says that the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it as well as must be in original packaging to be eligible for the return/refund. Now without opening the packaging and using it, how can a shopper know about the quality or the function of the product? Not only that but they have categorized some of their products as non-refundable such as Perishable Goods, Gift Cards, Downloaded Software Products, Some Health and Personal Care Items, etc. They even make customers pay for the refund i.e. product shipping cost which is mostly non-refundable. And the customer support, as well as delivery time, of sites similar to ComfyShe is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites. It is almost impossible to get back a full refund amount from these kinds of sites due to this and that provisions.

There may be an argument that after all they are offering refunds but you must be clear that they are only trying to escape from the consumer's legal issues but actually this kind of refund policy is adopted by only the scam companies as getting a refund from them is almost impossible due to their this and that provisions.

Other factors which indicate Comfy She to be the doubtful site are:

# ComfyShe looks like yet another company which is following the same regular pattern and modus operandi i.e. content and website theme which other suspicious or scam companies generally use.

# ComfyShe may cheat the shoppers by sending the fake or very cheap quality products other than they advertise on their website or lesser the value of the product.

# ComfyShe has not secured its website due to which its customers’ personal information like their email address, credit card details or payment gateway details may be utilized for others benefits or maybe for the scam.

Our Final Verdict:

Above are some of the realities we have shown you after our research on how ComfyShe and similar types of companies are doing their business and are they really a recommended sites or not, what are their basic fundamental approaches and how they are scamming the people.

Nevertheless, we have come up with the conclusion that ComfyShe is one of the suspicious websites and we do not recommend it because they seem to be cheating their customers very smartly. We recommend you not to make any purchases from this website because either they will not deliver you the product or will deliver such quality products that are not worth your purchase value. In both ways, you will be defeated by them.

Hence we recommend you to cross-verify by yourself to find out if it's a scam or a legit company.
