The company’s address is given on Contact Us page as 7A Hangsheng Technology Building, High-tech Nanliu Road, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong. And slightly different address is mentioned on Return Policy page which is 7A, Hang Sheng Technology Building, Gaoxin South 6th Road, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.However, Google Maps can't find the exact match of these both addresses.
It has also provided another address on Contact Us page as 1400 Morse Avenue Elk Grove Village, IL, 60007. This address belongs to Design Toscano. But when we searched, we didn't find any proof of its link with Design Toscano. So, it looks like it has just copy-pasted the address of Design Toscano. So, it is clear that this site is trying to fake the information, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.
On top of that, the given addresses are from China and USA but on its Terms of Service page, it has mentioned its services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK. This is completely a fake statement as the company shall be governed by the laws of same country it is originated but not by the laws of some other country/countries.
Its email address i.e. MariateAddie3565@gmail.com is a free email address but not its domain specific one.

It is selling the products at unrealistic heavy discounted rates which is truly unbelievable to get from any legit site.

It has a Return/Refunds Policy which says that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. It is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. I purchased two 48 inch outdoor Christmas angels. I received a 10 inch angel topper for a Christmas tree. Paypal refunded my money today after a filed a claim with them. Don't trust this company of scammers in China! Glad I ordered through Paypal who I hope will ban this company!
I was a victim of this scam too. I purchased the lit Thanksgiving cornucopia and two of the three-tier servers and the three bowl serving item that you see on another legit site. I received cardboard pieces for the three-tier server with plastic bases and one of the bases was broken. For the lit cornucopia, I received a cheap flower ring and nothing for the bowl item. There was no invoice and no information provided how to return the junk, which would be useless even if I could return the junk.
I ordered two Christmas outdoor decorations received one item after three weeks and was in shock at how small the snowman was. Like others have said the website and telephone number was fake
I agree: Coincipase is not a legitimate business. I ordered a pair of LED battery operated pathway trees in October. In December I received 1 8" indoor unlighted tree--the kind you find at CVS for $5. They will not refund my money, so I am out $90; the first time I've ever been scammed online. Lesson learned. So buyer beware! Do not do business with Coincipase--it's a scam!!

This website is a complete SCAM. I ordered an outdoor decoration from them and never heard a word. Thankfully I paid through Paypal and was able to get a full refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!
On November 18th I placed an order for Kinkade Christmas Tree w/Snow Globe and a Kinkade Snowman Globe. I was charged a total of $149.00 through PAYPAL which has been posted to my bank. They replied to my first email inquiry stating that I had left one item in my cart which was not the case. I tried to call the number on the website and it did not exist. Sent two more emails which were returned "Undeliverable". Have not received the product . It does appear to be a SCAM COMPANY and I am out a considerable amount of money.
I placed an order on November . The order was confirmed an on November 22 said it was shipped. It is now December12 and nothing has been received and website cannot be located.
I ordered 2 Christmas displays which were paid to Pay Pal on 11/20/21 and never received goods. They never responded to multiple email requests. Appears I was taken.
Hello I purchase a nativity set n inflatable price to good to be true n didn’t re rice them I send email no response n called there number which is disconnected. Css as long my discover to complain .
I purchased two Christmas Angels Oct 28, 2021 for $119.20 and received two tree topppers worth about $5each. Contacted the customer service by E-mail and have been given the run around for weeks. Their final offer was a 30% discount and I must pay $20 to return the junk that they sent me.
This company is a total Scam. Do not purchase anything.
I placed an order as well with the this sham company for three yard ornaments to the tune of almost $200.00. I recieved the items in a 12X12 packaging from usps. So you know the yard ornaments were not the items sent. What a damn joke. I immediately attempted to find a phone number, a mailing address or someway to communicate with this company, to no avail. I am more than mad. I am livid. I was ready to start a third world war. I have written to this person(?) of contact only to know my comments are somewhere out there never to be read again. I would love to rearrange their body parts with the pieces that I recieved. Trust me, they would all fit. I filed a fraud report with my credit card company after I purchase light up Christmas trees. It comes through as a PayPal received my payment and after trying to cancel my order they tell me they are unable to find my order. I gave them screen shots and emails showing it was ordered and paid but got nothing back. STAY AWAY from this fake online company.
I also ordered the 71/2' tree and found out you just get a run around.The customer service # is a fake.I thought since PayPal was listed as a way to pay it would be ligit.I'm contacting PayPal to complain.

I had placed an order 11/2, from paypal, from Coincipase.com and just received the Holiday Topiary tree. What a scam, it was two blow up plastic balls, shipped in a small 8" x 11" bag. I had called American Express and Paypal and the charges were reversed. Coincipase is a CCP FRAUD!
This was shipped directly from Taiyuan City, TAI YUAN SHANXJ, CHINA.

I ordered from Coincipase on Oct 14, 2021 but have never heard from the company itself. I have written to them twice and never received an answer. I now believe I have lost the money I sent to them.
Trust me, you lost your money as did I, to the tune of over $200.00. I only wished we could somehow we could prosecute these people and put them out of business. I will not do business with anything made or shipped from China or the middle east again. I am so, so angry.

And ask them if they are affiliated with Coincipase out of Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong.
Their RESPONSE IS IT IS A SCAM. lots of people have been calling them on the same info.
DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOOSE SOME $$
