Company Address:
The company address and the contact phone number of Clocak have not been provided on the website. Such information is mandatorily provided by any legit websites. So we don't recommend Clocak for any kind of online shopping since it is trying to hide its company information.
The email address it has provided i.e. info@dragonebay.com also doesn't belong to its domain name and fount to be used by multiple sites like WellShop21, Gemlifemall, and so on.
Security of the website:
Clocak has provided the fake trust seal logos of VeriSign, McAfee, Norton, etc. on its few Product details page. However, the real trust seal logos should be clickable so that we can click on them which should send us to the official verification webpage of respective trust seal providers to verify those trust seals. On top of that, the VeriSign logo has not been used since 2012. The Norton Secured logo is the legitimate seal provided by the same company now, VeriSign no longer issues SSL certificates so there is no longer a valid VeriSign site seal. So, there is no point in providing both VeriSign and Norton logos on the same website. Mostly scam sites provide such fake trust seal logos which makes Clocak a very suspicious and unprofessional website as well as an unsecured website. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Have been waiting for delivery of item, ordered in January 2021 now in March 2021 no item, but they say item has been delivered to its destination, contacted Royal Mail with tracking number but they say it has never been logged into their system.
I ordered a mini computer and got a mouse. No responses to my emails. Dragonebay.com is no longer a store on ebay. I will be watching for these folks. Don't use them. Lesson learned.
Yes I think I was scammed twice. My first being a very cheap blender they claimed was delivered but was probably “stolen” and I have not received it at all. Secondly the ads for DeWalts Hammer drill was so confusing and cheap that I succumbed to order but found out I ordered a hand gloves worth US$ 19.99? a pair? I was so traumatised and never again!!

Yes I did Oder something off the website on 1-6-2021 and now I have not got my order thay sent me a tracking number but win I called the usps to find out what going on thay never give the usps the order I got and thay sed that it never been payed for so I trying to find out what I need to do to get my order ore my cash back off this scam
They are definite scammers. I bought a battery chain saw but what was delivered was a piece of wire with two rings attached, They then argued that was what I ordered.
