Purchased a perfume this past beginnings of May 2025 and it had a celebrity using it , after the ending of May I realized it was being transit, but not reaching to the delivery spot. Here it is June, I ask for an estimation and keep saying it’s running normal , so I asked for my refund and they kept replying with a repeated message, your item is in transit or check your tracking. It did it 3x at first I had 3 different response, one assumed I was angry, the other response was stating about trump tariffs, and then the other indicated that they were going to try to get it expeditiously, it showed on my delivery being prepared, more like repetitive, so I don’t know what to do, didn’t know it was coming from a foreign country, which it had on their USA.

I saw a very persuasive ad for roses so I made a purchase, and then I read the reviews. I had an email confirming the purchase so I replied I wanted the order cancelled immediately. The next day they wrote asking me why I wished to cancel. I told them primarily due to the reviews I'd read, and again confirmed I wanted the order canceled. They assured me the quality of their products and that they were reputable and I should receive the item and judge for myself. I then demanded they cancel and return my money. At that time they replied the product shipped and could not be canceled. After days of demands to cancel the order, they said I was now, too late to cancel.
