  6. Use Strong passwords: Use unique, hard-to-guess passwords for your payment accounts. Moreover, add two-factor authentication for extra safety.
  7. Watch for Phishing Attempts: Be cautious of emails from unknown senders with links. So, check the link before clicking it. Moreover, look at the website's URL to make sure it's not fake and related to the website name.

This company is horrible. After months I received two tops, flimsey material and wrong sizes. I cannot find a place where I can reach Customer service. They said they were in South Carolin and it is manfactured there. They need to refund the $80.00. How do you reach customer service......

  3. I asked for a full refund because what they sent was junk. When received, there was no invoice or tracking. They said they could not find my order by my name and contact information. Said I must have ordered items from some other company! This company needs to be reported and sued. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

There was no invoice slip inside package. Have written four emails asking for return information. No response. No return information available on line. Have written company feedback three times requesting a response. Nothing. Am currently stuck with two oversized shirts. Exceedingly frustrating.

I'm 68.00 in the hole and doubt i will receive my merchandise since its been mailed since May. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PIECE OF &!@& COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Has anyone had any luck disputing the charges with your credit card compay? Same experience as everyone else. I am disgusted!

I purchased two dresses from these people. The material was so flimsy you could see through it and the sizes all out of whack. They were both way too small. I asked to return them and was told to keep the dresses and they would give me $12. I paid $90.98. I told them that wasn't okay. They came back and said they could give me $25. I am disputing that as well. Not sure where this will end up, but from what all of you have been saying it won't end well. These people are total scam artists. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!

Me too! Contacting credit card company today!

  10. I am just starting and the process of return which from all the above comments does not seem like it is going to be a successful venture. Got dresses and as many have said too small. Wish I had investigate this purchase before ordering. I shall file a complaint most accuredly with my credit card company.

  11. Ugh! I have experienced the same thing listed above. The dresses are awful; fabric is paper thin and they are weird sizes. They offered me 35.00 back on an 85.00 purchase. I'm afraid to even accept the refund if we are being warned that they might access our financial information. Lesson learned the hard way.

    1. I too had the same experience! Ordered 3 dresses only to receive one. Once I contacted them they said they would refund 2 stating - due to rapid rise in orders and lack of raw materials they were unable to process. The one dress I did receive was way too big even though I ordered according to the size chart. Multiple emails to them asking for a refund the reply was I could keep the larger dress and they would send a smaller one if I paid for freight $17.00. I clearly said NO! sending another email asking for a refund. This response was they would compensate me with $17.00 - dress cost $46.99. Waiting on a response again that this was unacceptable. BUYER BEWARE!

  12. People, BEWARE! I got my 'beautiful' dresses and they were a joke! Not only were they not what the pictures indicated but flimsy fabric, buttonholes didn't fit where buttons were...on and on. I tried to get them to return my money for them, but they offered only $18 for a purchase of $94.00 and they did not want the dresses back. They stated "we don't want the dresses, you can give them to someone as a gift". Please don't buy from this company...you will regret it!

  13. I ordered 2 dresses, same size. One was too large and the other too tight. Inconsistent sizing.
My ordered was shipped from Dongguan Province, China. They are very sketchy about location.
I was offered a $16 refund on an $83 dollar purchase.
I think they are deceitful and mixed quality.

  14. I will never use this site again. I am not able to contact any site to request a confirmation for return. As a result I disputed this purchase with my bank.

I ordered a dress and tried to contact "Cayred@ebismail.com" to return but unable to make any contact with them. I disputed my payment with my bank as a result. I still wish to return this purchase, I tried to get a return request by mailing a letter addressed to the online seller but to no avail. I even attempted to return the dress to the online address but the package was returned as "Refused". I am very disappointed with the degree of attempts made to contact this company to get a confirmation to return the dress. I will need purchase anything from this company again.

Oh dear, I too ordered a couple dresses on March 31. Posted on my credit card on April 1, as of today, April 18 have received nothing. Will notify my credit card company.

  17. Never deal with company again. Having same issues and no address to return and no email. Email
keeps coming back and no answer. Real Scam.. Have already reported them and disputed charges.

I going to post this every where..

  18. I ordered dresses but when I tried to email them for return, no response from company and email keeps coming back. After two days, they want to give me few dollars back. Scam it is.. Never deal with the company. I have filed for complaint against this company and disputed charges.

  19. The dresses were unbelievably huge! The material quality poor! I am so very sad! Can’t find a way to return and get my money back! This is a big lesson learned!

    Ordered 2 dresses they did arrive,they don’t fit.requested a refund.they offered me $31[I paid $79] and keep the dresses.I don’t want the dresses.I want my full refund

  23. The dresses arrived but are nothing like depicted on the website. I’m returning them and hope to receive a full refund; however, from reviews I’ve read, I’m not optimistic. It’s a shame because the items on the website are really cute.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The clothes look exceptionally cute online however when they arrive they are paper thin and the sizes they advertise are not correct. I tried to return the items and get full refund. The customer care team negotiates your return amount. They started with $45.00 and then went to $60.00 so I am out 38.00. This is not good practice for a company return policy. I informed the company I would write a review if they did not give me full refund but they did not care. At least I got some of the money back! I have learned my lesson!

  27. Toni L. Avatar

Unfortunately I fell for this company too, ordered what looked like a pretty spring dress for a wedding. When dress arrived it looked nothing like the style in picture and didn't fit even though I followed their size chart and ordered larger size (dress still too small) website claims a 30 day free return policy, it's been nothing but emails after emails with no information on how to return. Last email offered a 8.00 credit for a 54.00 order and I could keep item. An item that doesn't fit, will never fit and have no use for. Beyond discussed with myself for falling for this, just another reason I hate online shopping

  28. The dresses did not look as nice as they did in the picture on Facebook. The large ran way large. Not true to size. I have no receipt or return address. If I did, it would have to ship back to China at a very costly rate!

I purchased 2 dresses from Cayred through their Facebook ad. It was advertised that their dresses were made in USA. It tookk a month for dresses to arrive. Packaging was from an Asian country I’m wanting to return the dresses as they’re not fitting well, and have requested for a return authorization code and there has been no response for days! Do NOT order from this company! They say they are in the US but I don’t believe they are. Took weeks to get my dress. The dress is too small and the only way to get ahold of them is by email. I emailed them to let them know that I want to return the dress and get a refund. I got an email back saying they would give me an $8 refund and I can keep the dress. Excuse me??? I paid $39.99 plus $15 for shipping. They were told that was not acceptable, still waiting for a reply.

  44. I fell for it. I thought I was being smart by not going through the advertisement on Facebook, so I went to their website. Posted on bank on March 4th, no dresses have been delivered by today’s date of March 19th. Nothing. Zip. Nada!

I’ve ordered from this type of site before. Your merchandise will come from China and poor quality in about 3 to 4 weeks!

    2. Ditto for me too. Called my bank and will dispute the charge. I feel so stupid. Cayred did say delivery will be 25 days.

I fell for it too. I got the dresses but they will only fit someone 6 feet tall.

    4. Same here, I am so disgusted! Ordered 2 dresses and a top a month ago - got e-mails saying it would be here and it isn't. These types of companies need found and punished.
